At present,China is in an important period of transformation from a "manufacturing power" to a "manufacturing power",and highly skilled talents are an important force supporting the high-quality development of the industry.As one of the rapidly developing strategic emerging industries in my country,the new energy automobile industry has the industrial attributes of extensive coverage,long industrial chain and high complexity of the automobile industry.The iterative update of the demand for high-skilled talents is more obvious.The Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area(hereinafter referred to as the "Greater Bay Area")is an important strategy for the country.Among them,the nine cities in Guangdong are also important banners for the development of the new energy automobile industry,and there is an urgent need for high-skilled talents.Therefore,it is necessary to clarify the new energy It is of great significance to clarify the quality structure of high-skilled talents required for automobile development,and to clarify the logical starting point and basic orientation of "what kind of person to train".Based on this,taking the transformation and upgrading of my country’s manufacturing industry in the new era as the macro background,and the development of the new energy vehicle industry in the nine cities of Guangdong as the specific background,in order to build a competency model of high-skilled talents for new energy vehicles in the nine cities of Guangdong and clarify the competency structure of high-skilled talents in the nine cities of Guangdong As the key task,take the current practical problems of the cultivation of high-skilled personnel of new energy vehicles in Guangdong and nine cities as the realistic motivation,take the theory of competency model and the internal and external laws of education as the theoretical guidance,follow the basic process of building the competency model,and adopt the rooted in qualitative research.The theoretical research method extracts the initial elements of the competency model from interviews and literature data,combines the Delphi method and the questionnaire method to revise and test the model,and proposes the strategic application of the model to the cultivation of high-skilled talents,in order to respond to the "high level of new energy vehicles in the Greater Bay Area".What kind of competency structure do skilled talents need to have?"First of all,from the needs and training status of new energy vehicle high-skilled talents in Guangdong and nine cities,it analyzes the current professional setting,target positioning,training content rationale,training conditions and other problems in the current training of new energy vehicle high-skilled talents in Guangdong and nine cities,so as to clarify Basic motivation and practical conditions of application of high-skilled personnel competency model for new energy vehicles in nine cities of Guangdong.Secondly,25 high-skilled talents,experts and enterprise representatives with a total of more than 300,000 words of text transcription data and 45 technical documents were used as the basic materials.With the help of Nvivo 11 plus qualitative analysis software,the grounded theoretical analysis method was used to extract and obtain 44 competency concepts.through the spiral repeated comparison and analysis,10 categorization categories are clarified,and the core categories that govern each category are excavated,so as to complete the selective coding process of the grounded theory,and generate 3 core categories and 10 categories.The initial competency model of the classification and 44 competency concepts.Thirdly,using the Delphi method,20 experts were invited to score the elements of the initial model at all levels,and the competency elements were deleted and supplemented according to the experts’ suggestions.Then,the AHP method is used to set the weights for all elements of the competency model,and the construction of the competency model is basically completed.After that,a student questionnaire was compiled according to the connotation of each element of the competency model,and distributed among the graduating students of new energy vehicle-related majors in higher vocational colleges and some undergraduate colleges in Guangdong and nine cities.Finally,the verification of the competency model of high-skilled talents of new energy vehicles in the Greater Bay Area was completed.The final model consists of three dimensions: meta competencies,professional competencies,and general competencies,including personality characteristics,work motivation,professionalism,professional knowledge structure,professional operation skills,professional comprehensive ability,communication and collaboration,execution and adaptability,and learning and development.Level 2 elements and 36 tertiary elements.Finally,under the guidance of clarifying the quality characteristics of high-skilled talents in nine cities of Guangdong based on the competency model,this paper discusses the strategic application of the competency model of high-skilled talents of new energy vehicles in nine cities of Guangdong under the background of the current manufacturing transformation and upgrading.The first is policy support at the core of "co-cultivation",the second is the optimization of goals oriented to "promoting development",the third is model update based on the principle of "both quality and quality",and the fourth is characterized by "high-quality adaptation" conditions are guaranteed.
