| With the development of smart manufacturing,digitalization within the advanced manufacturing,MES(Manufacturing Execution System)as the bridge between planning management system and industrial control level has been put more and more attention by the automotive manufacturing enterprise who want to promote Industrial 4.0.Although MES itself already has around 30 years history and a lot of literature for researching & discussion for its function can be found,but it is seldom to see the analysis and study about the implementation of MES in manufacturing enterprise.Due to MES is a part of the informatization,the implementation process will involve business function people and IT function people which can lead to dual management or even multiple management.It is the topics worth to pay deep thinking by every management in the project about how to build up the organization structure in proper way,how to handle the potential conflict properly,how to establish good communication and management during the implementation of such kind of project.The company management level should also make a good plan for the change management which cause by the introduction of IT technology,therefore avoid the negative emotions from the employees.This article chose ZSY company as the object of study,make thorough case study and analysis to its MES implementation process with the method of empirical study.At the beginning introduce the background of ZSY company and the problem during its informatization development history,state the challenge which the parent company Z group is suffering during deployment of digitalization strategy.These factors lead to the urgency and necessity of introduce MES.With the identify and record of the problem and typical instance during the MES implementation phase,apply the management theory accordingly.Make the analysis for root cause of the management problem in the case based on organization management of project,implementation strategy,change management and conflict management principle,and propose the solutions considering the status of ZSY company.This could be treated as lessons learn for the MES implementation of manufacturing enterprise,special for the multi-national group company. |
