Research On Cultivation System Constructure Of BQZZ Automobile Company’s Intelligent Manufacturing Professionals

Automobile manufacturing industry is an important industry which reflecting the overall national manufacturing level,which plays a pivotal role in leading and boosting the development of intelligent manufacturing.Along with the furthering of national intelligent manufacturing strategy,the manufacturing technique is continuously updated,product quality,efficiency and customized requirements are promoted rapidly,and the intelligentized level of automobile manufacturing enterprise is increased daily.In order to promote intelligent manufacturing and operation of intelligent factory,it is necessary for the automobile manufacturing enterprise to cultivate a group of compound professional talents who understand both intelligent manufacturing technology,production and technology.How to build talents cultivating system that meet the needs of enterprise intelligent manufacturing development is a new topic to be faced with in the process of intelligent manufacturing transformation and development.Focusing on new tendency of industry development,this paper actively explores cultivating approaches of professional intelligent manufacturing talents.From three aspects of operation,resource and regulation,it applies scientific methods to distinguish and analysis all the key factors that build the cultivating system of professional intelligent manufacturing talents.Integrating with analysis to talents’ requirement,it also builds cultivating system for professional intelligent talents that is suitable for development of BQZZ Automobile Company.Based on the above background,this paper takes BQZZ Automobile Company as the research object,on the basis of learning a large number of domestic and foreign literature,selects talent echelon theory,recognition incentive theory and two factor theory as the key reference theory of this paper.BQZZ Automobile Company has a preliminary foundation in intelligent manufacturing.There is a large demand for intelligent manufacturing talents and a large gap of professional talents.The traditional talent training method is not effective in cultivating intelligent manufacturing talents.At the same time,there is a lack of intelligent manufacturing professionals in the market.Each enterprise has its own characteristics of intelligent manufacturing,and there is a very lack of intelligent manufacturing professionals that fully match the positions required by enterprises.Enterprises need to start from internal training and use internal training resources to build a perfect training system,Internal training.Combining the development trend of intelligent manufacturing and the demand for professional talents in the background of intelligent manufacturing,this paper deeply analyzes the problems existing in the training of intelligent manufacturing professionals by BQZZ Automobile Company.Through the research of talent training theory,combining the meaning of talents,the meaning of intelligent manufacturing professionals and the characteristics of intelligent manufacturing professionals of auto companies,in-depth exploration of the connotation of talent training,and the construction of a talent training system,using expert interviews and questionnaire survey methods Sorted out the key points of constructing the intelligent manufacturing professional talent training system of BQZZ Automobile Company,and constructed it from three levels and nine aspects: establish a training target management mechanism,improve a special training management system,set up a team of professional training lecturers,develop professional courses in intelligent manufacturing,complete special training teaching equipment,innovate professional training methods,ensure the quality of professional training,evaluate and apply training effects,Promotion and development of professionals,and systematically promote the training of intelligent manufacturing professionals for BQZZ Automobile Company.In this thesis,through the research on the construction of the intelligent manufacturing professional talent training system of BQZZ Automobile Company,it has formed a professional talent training approach that meets the needs of intelligent manufacturing construction.It has a good reference significance for domestic enterprises based on the transformation and upgrading of intelligent manufacturing.
