Abstract/Summary:
With the transformation and upgrading of China’s manufacturing industry,the demand for talents in the manufacturing industry has also changed.To ensure the healthy development of the industry in the field of intelligent manufacturing,the Ministry of education advocates the establishment of new engineering majors such as intelligent manufacturing engineering or the upgrading of traditional majors to cultivate talents to adapt to the industrial reform.Due to the lack of relevant technology R & D background and industry education integration resources in the field of intelligent manufacturing,many colleges and universities were difficult to effectively grasp the ability demand of the industry for talents when opening new majors or upgrading majors,resulting in the inaccurate positioning of talent training.Therefore,the trained talents couldn’t match the talent demand of the industry in the field of Intelligent Manufacturing in terms of ability.In this thesis,a method of professional ability construction has been proposed,which based on the talent ability requirements of posts in the intelligent manufacturing field and the interaction with experts.This method can help the specialty group in the intelligent manufacturing field correctly locate,can also support the construction of the industrial demand oriented intelligent manufacturing core course list of related majors.Firstly,the recruitment information for intelligent manufacturing was collected which related posts published by relevant enterprises on the Internet through intelligent manufacturing keywords.The ability demand lists corresponding to different job groups were generated by using the LDA method to cluster the undergraduate and college level posts.Secondly,the evaluation index of the correlation between the professional curriculum system and intelligent manufacturing,which was modeled according to the Intelligent Manufacturing Engineering and Technical Personnel National Vocational and Technical Skill Standards(hereinafter referred to as the Standards),evaluated the professional curriculum system of relevant majors in the field of intelligent manufacturing offered by the current colleges and universities.Finally,the corresponding course lists of position groups were generated according to the ability demand list of the post groups,and the optimal core course list of undergraduate and junior college were selected by using the correlation evaluation of intelligent manufacturing,and then the scheme was improved through expert interaction,which can be used as a reference for the intelligent manufacturing professional group of relevant colleges and universities.
