Research On The Application Effect Of Financial Shared Service In Internal Supply Chain Cost Mamagement

In order to keep up with the pace of the Internet era,companies must continue to improve their degree of information management。Many large group companies have complex business content and a very wide range of business.They are no longer satisfied with the traditional financial model and must transform to financial information management.Financial shared service is a financial information management method.It can use the information system to handle financial accounting,expense management,and fund management,and delegate repetitive and simple tasks to the financial system,and then releasing a large number of human resources and reducing time costs.At the same time,centralized financial data can also be applied to financial management activities and using financial data to provide services for other business activities of enterprises.Although the construction of Financial Shared Service Center in full swing,it mainly focuses on basic business such as financial accounting and expense management,and involves less in the process management from finance to business.If enterprise can extract valuable information from massive amounts of data and information,and use this information to make the management of the enterprise more modern and intelligent,it will be able to improve the comprehensive competitiveness of the enterprise.Therefore,there is still a lot of room for improvement in the construction of financial shared services in China.The research of this article focuses on the application of financial shared services in the company’s internal supply chain,including procurement,production,inventory,sales,etc.First of all,introduce the construction of financial shared services,and the application of financial shared services in internal supply chain cost management.And then taking Haier as an example,summarizes the problems in the internal supply chain management of Haier before the implementation of financial shared services,studied the construction path and main functions of the Haier Financial Shared Service Center,and analyze how data provided by the Financial Shared Service Center can served in internal supply chain cost management.By comparing the management performance of internal supply chain in each year,summarizes the results of Haier’s internal supply chain management after using financial shared services,and puts forward some suggestions for the deficiencies.It is hoped that the analysis of Haier can provide some reference for other companies.
