The continuous acceleration of urbanization has led to the dilemma of "empty waste" in some traditional villages.Traditional residential buildings and their historical and cultural relics have been continuously eroded and gradually disappeared.How to correctly protect traditional residential buildings,inherit and promote regional culture,and realize rural The sustainable development of revitalization is the primary problem that traditional villages should solve.In recent years,with the change of people’s travel concept and the vigorous development of the Internet,the market demand for homestays has expanded unprecedentedly.The rapid development has also caused many problems,such as "demolition and renovation","demolition and building new","demolition and real construction".Fake” and other constructive and destructive behaviors;ignoring the psychological demands of the users and regional cultural connotations;imperfect related supporting facilities lead to a poor sense of rural life experience,etc.In order to solve the above problems,under the guidance of the organic renewal theory,this thesis will take Dongxinzhuang Village as the research object,and actively explore new ways to convert traditional residential buildings into homestays.Using literature research method,field research method,induction and summary method and other research methods,referring to relevant theoretical research and practical cases at home and abroad,through a systematic analysis of the environment of Dongxinzhuang Village,a profound interpretation of the structure and layout of traditional residential buildings,and a focus on "Shangxin B＆B""The existing problems in the region,and summarizes the influencing factors,design principles,design strategies and organic renewal paths of the application of organic renewal theory in the design of "Shangxin Homestay".It aims to continue the historical context of traditional villages,optimize the replacement of space functions,revitalize the idle resources in the area,promote the development of the tourism industry,stimulate the vitality of rural revitalization,and achieve the organic unity of economic and cultural benefits.At the same time,it provides theoretical basis and reference opinions for improving the feasibility study of organic renewal of such homestays.The thesis is divided into six chapters:The first chapter is the introduction part,which systematically expounds the research background,purpose and meaning,content and method of the selected topic,and summarizes and proposes innovative points according to the current situation of relevant theories at home and abroad.The second chapter firstly conducts research and analysis on the theory of organic renewal and the related theories of homestay,clarifies the practical significance of the application of the theory of organic renewal in the design of homestay,and selects three domestic and foreign design cases with reference significance for comparative research,which is the basis for the theory of organic renewal.Provide reference for the application research in the design of "Shangxin Homestay".The third chapter summarizes the existing problems in the homestay area through the analysis of the six aspects of Dongxinzhuang Village’s geographical location,historical evolution,human environment,village pattern,customs and historical imprints,as well as a profound interpretation of traditional residential buildings.The proposal of Xin B＆B’s organic renewal strategy provides a realistic basis.The fourth chapter combines the influencing factors of organic renewal in the design of the homestay and the research and analysis of the Shangxin homestay site,summarizes the design principles of coordination,unity,public participation and sustainability,and clearly proposes to evaluate the architectural value,coordinate the development of the homestay,and adapt to the The design strategy of village texture,maintenance of street and lane pattern,improvement of supporting facilities,establishment of organic order,excavation of regional culture and continuation of historical memory provides a theoretical basis for the application and practice of organic renewal in the design of "Shangxin B＆B".The fifth chapter summarizes six organic renewal paths of extracting cultural symbols,combining new and old materials,updating architectural structure,reorganizing architectural space,revitalizing landscape environment,and reshaping neighborhood relations.The preceding design principles and strategies are verified and illustrated.The sixth chapter is the conclusion,which summarizes the conclusions drawn from the application of the organic renewal theory in the design of "Shangxin B＆B",and reflects on the deficiencies in the research process.
