| With the continuous development of new energy vehicles,the market needs more and more new energy vehicle talents,but the method of training in the new energy field is relatively backward,the prospective knowledge structure is insufficient,the supply of professional talents is stretched.In the past two years,the state has clearly proposed to adhere to the "school-enterprise cooperation,Work—integrated learning",and strengthen education and teaching activities that integrate teaching and practice.Technical schools should seize this opportunity to promote a vocational education model that combines work and learning,integrate local regional industries,transform professional theoretical knowledge,skills and vocational qualities covered by corporate job tasks into teaching content,and reintegrate professional curriculum content,Efforts to cultivate professional and technical personnel with comprehensive professional ability.Combining with the current integrated teaching mode promoted by technical schools,the corresponding curriculum development is also urgent.This article mainly adopts research methods such as references,questionnaire surveys,company visits and expert symposiums.On the one hand,theoretically study the vocational education model at home and abroad and the course of development of domestic vocational education,and then define the concepts and characteristics of curriculum standards and their development and work process systematization;On the other hand,conduct a questionnaire survey on the demand for talents in relevant positions of the company and graduates of new energy vehicles;visit the school-enterprise cooperation(new energy vehicle related enterprises),conduct in-depth research on the work tasks of relevant positions in the production and after-sales field;Investigate the current situation of the new energy vehicle drive motor system maintenance course of the technical school,and find and analyze the existing problems.Starting from the concept of systematic curriculum development in the work process,taking the development of the "New Energy Vehicle Drive Installation and Debugging" course in a technical school in Fuzhou as an example,we propose solutions to current curriculum implementation problems: first,investigate the enterprise workflow through observation and interview,obtain the real job tasks,hold a symposium of industry and enterprise experts and professional teachers,analyze and summarize on the basis of typical work tasks,and determine the typical work process and action field.The second is to integrate the environment of the school and the opinions of experts,to transform the learning field and determine the curriculum standards;Taking the type of driving motor as the reference frame,the learning situation is designed for curriculum development.Thirdly,taking the 18 grade new energy automobile students of a technician college in Fuzhou as the research object,the effect of curriculum development is evaluated from the teachers’ and students’ mastery of curriculum content,learning interest and skills after the implementation of the curriculum;The employer’s feedback to the graduates and the passing rate of the students’ skill assessment demonstrate the effectiveness of the course development of new energy vehicle drive motor installation and commissioning based on the systematic work process.In the course development learning situation design break the original discipline course structure,reconstruct the content;And at the micro level,through the blending and coupling of typical work process and universal engineering,through the change of learning situation content,to achieve the curriculum teaching objectives,so as to cultivate students’ professional ability.Based on the systematic curriculum development of work process,on the one hand,it aims to cultivate manufacturing talents of new energy automobile specialty,on the other hand,it enriches the curriculum teaching reform of technical schools and provides a reference. |
