The vigorous development of the automobile industry has promoted the rapid development of the economy while also making energy and environmental problems more and more serious.New energy has become an important issue for the automobile industry to upgrade and transform.Behind the vigorous development of the new energy vehicle industry,we have to face a severe test: the shortage of maintenance professionals for new energy vehicles.The "Manufacturing Talent Development Planning Guide" jointly issued by the Ministry of Education,the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Affairs,and the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology points out that by 2020,the gap of maintenance professionals in the new energy vehicle industry will reach 700,000,and a large number of new energy vehicle maintenance professionals are urgently needed to supplement Gap,the problem of talent training is imminent.At present,there are many confusions in the establishment of new energy vehicle majors in vocational schools.The professional construction lacks top-level design concepts,equipment purchase and difficulty in connecting with courses,and lack of technical information.There are few new energy vehicle teaching materials available for secondary vocational schools.Most vocational schools can only write their own teaching content and task work orders,but most of the new energy professional teachers on duty are transferred from traditional automobile or electrical majors.In the future,the technology of new energy vehicles is still in the exploration stage."Pure electric vehicle drive motor system maintenance" is an important course for the new energy vehicle specialty to train the professional technical ability of automotive electromechanical maintenance workers.The drive motor system is a "big three" in new energy vehicles.In the teaching of drive motor systems,students generally have difficulty in understanding the abstract content of the drive motor system.Develop the course of "overhaul of pure electric vehicle drive motor system" based on the working process,design and develop a series of teaching resources for first-line teachers with specific new energy vehicles as learning carriers.The teaching ability of professional teachers can also help the teachers of new energy vehicles in vocational schools to consolidate theoretical knowledge and practical operation skills,and improve teachers’ classroom control ability and practical operation ability.For vocational students who are active in learning,low in enthusiasm,and not good at abstract thinking,this integrated teaching classroom model can help students learn better and master the structure,principles,inspection and maintenance of pure electric vehicle drive motor systems skill.
