Resettlement House Design Based On Place Attachment Theory

In recent years,in order to adapt to the rapid development of the national economy,Chinese scholars have proposed "in-situ urbanization".The government implements the "nearby urbanization" and "in-situ urbanization" models through policy guidance.Therefore,the construction of resettlement housing is to achieve urbanization.An important step.Resettlement houses refer to houses allocated to the demolished households due to urban construction or land planning.With the improvement of people’s quality of life and economic conditions,people’s demand for resettlement houses is not limited to internal functions,but also psychological needs.To better promote urbanization is to build a resettlement that meets the satisfaction of the demolished households.Housing is conducive to the resolution of people’s livelihood issues and provides a new perspective for the construction of resettlement housing in the future.This article mainly discusses the various design strategies of resettlement houses based on the local attachment theory and applies them to examples,so that the construction of resettlement houses can meet the needs of the demolished households,and at the same time,combined with relevant policies to better contribute to the country’s economic development.The author summarizes and analyzes the existing resettlement housing design issues through domestic and foreign literature research,actual investigation,case analysis and other methods,summarizes the needs and expectations of the demolished households for resettlement housing,and implements them into specific projects.First of all,by looking up the country’s relevant policies on resettlement housing in recent years,interpreting the content of the policy;clarifying the theories involved in this article,explaining in detail the history of theoretical development,understanding the current research status at home and abroad;determining the overall framework of the paper.Secondly,it summarizes the local attachment theory;analyzes the current development status of resettlement houses,summarizes scholars’ experience in studying the contents of resettlement houses;puts forward some common problems in the design of resettlement houses,and conducts research on relevant resettlement houses in Zhejiang Province.Survey results;summarized the problems in the actual project of resettlement housing and the merits.Next,analyze the research results and summarize the various problems of resettlement housing at this stage,put forward resettlement housing design strategies and methods under the local attachment theory,and improve residents’ attachment to resettlement housing through design strategies and methods.Finally,the author applies the design principles and strategies put forward in this article to the actual project plan-Lishui City Fuyun Shou’an Community Project.Based on the local cultural characteristics,the overall planning,architectural design and landscape design of the first bank of Fuyun in Lishui City are carried out,and examples are used to demonstrate the operability of design strategies under the concept of local attachment.
