In recent years,with the continuous development of our country’s economy,people’s production and life have produced a large amount of carbon dioxide,the ozone has been severely damaged,and people’s living environment and health and safety have also been seriously endangered.Therefore,in order to promote sustainable development,our country has entered a stage of large-scale carbon dioxide emission reduction.Among them,the large amount of carbon dioxide generated in the process of thermal power generation is one of the main reasons for my country’s large carbon emissions.In order to reduce carbon emissions,the state has issued the "14th Five-Year Plan",which requires the implementation of power supply side reform and strict control of thermal power construction.scale and gradually transform thermal power generation to clean energy power generation.With the changes in the requirements of the thermal power industry,the competition in the thermal power equipment manufacturing industry has increased sharply.If the thermal power equipment manufacturing enterprises want to improve their market competitiveness,they need to produce equipment products with lower emissions and can utilize new energy.As a typical thermal power generation equipment manufacturing enterprise,JY company should improve its own development strategy to meet the needs of development under the background of national carbon dioxide emission reduction and the development of "low-carbon" economy.Therefore,the thesis will first study JY’s development strategy based on the theory of enterprise strategy theory and low-carbon related theory.Second,using the method of PEST analysis of enterprise political,economic,social and technical four external environment and electricity demand and thermal power equipment manufacturing demand analysis,using Michael Porter’s five force analysis model,analysis of JY industry competition,JY company development strategy opportunities and threats,to explore the "low carbon" external environment factors under the influence of enterprise opportunities and threats.Thirdly,analyzing the internal environment of JY thermal power generation equipment manufacturing company,from the two aspects of internal resources and capabilities and operating capabilities,it is concluded that the internal environment of JY thermal power generation equipment manufacturing company under the low-carbon background is insufficient:the scientific research team is insufficient under the low-carbon background,and the scientific research team needs to be improved;the company’s order profit is low and the profit is low;the production equipment is less under the low-carbon background,and the production capacity is weak;the traditional and non-traditional markets are low-carbon In the background,the strength of high-end marketing is insufficient;the awareness of new publicity methods is not strong,and the company’s ability to promote concepts such as low-carbon and environmental protection is weak;transportation costs are high.At the same time,through the analysis of the external environment and internal environment,the SWOT strategy evaluation and positioning are carried out for JY company.Finally,through the analysis,it determines the strategic positioning ideas for the transformation of JY company under the low-carbon background,puts forward specific development goals and strategic measures,and then strengthens cost control,strengthens the construction of talent teams,improves the incentive mechanism,strengthens green financial management,and strengthens corporate brand and business.Guarantee measures such as cultural construction composition help JY Company achieve strategic sustainable development under the low-carbon background.
