Profiles occupy a large proportion in the hull structure.With the rapid development of China’s shipbuilding industry,the demand for marine profiles is increasing.Profile cutting is the core technology of hull construction.At present,marine profile cutting is mainly manual,and the degree of automation is low.The existing marine profile cutting production line will fall off and deviate in the process of profile clamping,and spray deformation and bending will occur in the process of code spraying,which will affect the production efficiency.According to the production demand of marine profile cutting in a shipyard,combined with profile cutting production lines at home and abroad,this paper optimizes the problems existing in the current profile cutting production line,and finally designs a marine profile intelligent cutting production line.This paper describes the research status of profile cutting production line,and according to the work requirements for profile cutting and the problems existing in the existing profile cutting production line,the intelligent profile cutting production line is designed in detail from the aspects of workflow and structure design.Aiming at the problems existing in the current profile clamping device,this paper puts forward the method and idea of clamping angle control of profile clamping device.Through the analysis of profile clamping angle and profile section parameters,the mathematical model of profile web angle and profile clamping angle control model are established.The verification of each model is completed through simulation and model calculation.Aiming at the problem of insufficient clamping force of clamping profile,the clamping power device is optimized.The structural strength of the arm under clamping is analyzed and optimized by using the finite element analysis software.Aiming at the problems existing in the current inkjet printing device,this paper puts forward the method and idea of motion control of inkjet printing device.Through the analysis of the rotation angle and the overall horizontal motion distance of the inkjet arm,the rotation motion model and the overall horizontal motion model of the inkjet arm are established.The verification of each model is completed through simulation and model calculation.After the upper and lower electric cylinders of the inkjet printing device move for a corresponding distance at the same time,the pressing wheel of the inkjet arm can be close to the web surface of the profile.Finally,the intelligent profile cutting production line is applied to verify the effectiveness of profile clamping device and inkjet printing device.Through the cutting test,this paper expounds the influencing factors of profile cutting quality.
