| With the continuous improvement of industrial automation, production is becoming more and more efficient and standardized. Product marking is at the end of the process on production line. Inkjet coding is normally applied to improve coding efficiency. In recent years, domestic inkjet coding has fallen behind foreign inkjet coding and so has domestic inkjet printer fallen behind imported inkjet printer in market share. Granted imported inkjet printer is technologically more advanced and convenient, but of higher price and maintenance cost, resulting in higher production costs. Therefore it is significant to develop an inkjet printer of lower price yet better applicable to our industry.This study begins with introducing the classifications and features of inkjet printer and analysis of its application status and development trend, based on which the research aims to design a set of continuous inkjet printer. Subsequently the study delivers an overall design scheme after researching into the operating principle of the continuous inkjet printer. The printer has a large number of components and comprehensive control system. Therefore its control system is divided into master controller and associated controller in corresponding to the instant requirements of the modules. The master controller functions in splitting ink line, charging ink dot, detecting charging effect, and deflecting ink dots and the like, which has high requirements for instance. Associated controller functions in editing and storing inkjet printing information and processing the human-computer interaction tasks, etc.Hardware circuit design in this thesis can be divided into circuit design for master controller and circuit design for associated controller. In the former part, the thesis thoroughly introduces the hardware circuit components for each functional module comprising ink line splitting, dot charging, charging effect detection, dot deflection, etc. In the later part, the thesis thoroughly introduces the ink level detecting circuit and ink temperature detecting and controlling circuit. Software design in this thesis describes the communication protocol of the master controller and the realization of character jet printing by the master controller. In the algorithm for character jet printing, the research introduces the loading method of splitting sine wave and high pressure deflection, the automatic control of sine wave amplitude and charging time as well as the process of character rasterized printing, following the working process of the inkjet printer, and the research improves some algorithm according to the debugging results. In the end the thesis describes the automatic control process of the ink parameters, exemplified by the ink temperature testing and controlling. |
