Direct current injection as a substitute for diect illumination in free space is mainly used in EMC (Electromagnetic Compatibility) test of aerocraft and missile systems. The application of direct current injection in missile EMC test is analyzied by numerical and analytical methods.The theory, development and application of direct current injection are researched in this thesis. The main parts of this thesis is the design and manufacture of the direct current injection profile device.and the application in EMC test. The main researches in the thesis list as follows:1,The effects of section with different dimensions and shape on the characteristic impedance and field distribution are analyzed by numerical and analytical methods and ANSYS software. And the filed distribution, characteristic impedance and the effects of braces are analyzed.2,The testing device of direct current injection is manufactured and tested in space-time and frequency.3,This paper presents a new method for measuring transfer impedance of arched surface current probe according as the theory of square coaxial transmission line with round center conductor. The main parts of this thesis is the designing and testing of the calibration device.4,At different input power the device is tested for the intensity field and the surface current density on the internal conductor under 300MHz.At the same time the conductor is tested above antenna.The data is summarized.DCI technique is a economical and valid testing method used in EMC testing.The theory bases and the practical guidance about the use of direct current injection are given in this thesis.
