At present,in the field of photovoltaic devices,perovskite solar cell research is very active.Hybrid organic-inorganic perovskite solar cells using dimethyl formamide(DMF)and dimethyl sulfoxide(DMSO)sedimentary perovskite membrane,thus developing and preparing environmental friendly,simple preparation,low cost and nonhazardous solvents for all solid state solar cells has important significance.Based on the above background,this paper carried out the following two aspects of research work.The two step spin coating preparation method of perovskite solar cells combined with the system of water and solvent,implementing the perovskite solar cell in situ preparation of high quality perovskite thin films.Using not-halide lead source Pb(NO3)2 dissolved in water with the concentration of 1M,and adding 1 wt%of surfactant surfynol465,then spin-coating solution deposition in porous titanium dioxide(TiO2)membrane by two steps,again with methylamine iodide(CH3NH3I)reaction perovskite(CH3NH3PbI3)was prepared.The experimental results show that adding 1 wt%of surfactant surfynol465 can significantly improve the surface tension of Pb(NO3)2/H2O solution on porous TiO2 thin film and get a flat membrane.using this method needs to be repeated spin three times to ensure that Pb(NO3)2 completely into perovskite.photoelectric conversion efficiency of perovskite solar cells with water solvent reached 12%,and has higher reproducibility.Inkjet printing is a material-conserving deposition technique used for simple operation,strong targeting property,high material utilization and large area deposition.First of all,dissolving Pb(OAC)2 in water with the concentration of 1M,and add surfynol465 surfactants,and then preparing Pb(OAC)2 thin film by ink-jet printing.finally,replacing the ink with 80 mg/ml amino iodide(CH3NH3I)deposition perovskite thin films.Experimental results show that the 0.5wt%surfactant surfynol465 conform to the surface tension of the inkjet printer ink;and the optimized platform print temperature is 70 ℃.In this condition,the perovskite battery photoelectric conversion efficiency reached 13.2%.The use of environmentally friendly water ethanol system as a solvent for the preparation of perovskite materials,to a large extent,reducing the environmental pollution problems,offering a solid foundation for the commercialization of perovskite solar cells.The current work demonstrated that the inkjet printing using water solvent is an environmentally sound technique for the fabrication of efficient low-cost and large-scale perovskite solar cells. |
