Research On Economic Benefits Of Incremental Distribution Network Park In Operation Stage Based On New Power Transformation

In the context of the new power reform,the state has made it clear that the incremental distribution investment business is gradually liberalized to qualified market subjects,encouraged social capital to actively participate in the construction of incremental distribution network,and successively selected five batches of incremental distribution network pilot projects,which mainly cover all kinds of incremental distribution network park projects.At present,the focus of power enterprises and other investors has gradually changed from the reliable operation of power grid to the profitability of incremental distribution network investment.However,due to the lack of effective load forecasting and targeted economic analysis in the early stage,the promotion process of some pilot projects is not smooth enough.At the same time,the multidimensional management and control involving operation mode,project quality,government coordination,regulatory system,legal norms and other aspects in the pilot process of incremental distribution network reform needs to be further clarified and improved,which is also very important to improve the economic benefits of incremental distribution network operation.Based on the above background,by sorting and analyzing the research and development status of incremental distribution network at home and abroad,and interpreting the content of China’s current incremental distribution network reform policy documents,this paper constructs the basic idea of economic benefit research in the operation stage of incremental distribution network Park under the new power reform.This paper deeply analyzes the key information such as the type of distribution network Park,investment subject,operation mode and load demand change,and selects the incremental distribution network industrial park and industrial park with the largest number of types as the research object.Based on the park load demand forecasting and incremental distribution network cost-benefit theory,this paper analyzes various costs and corresponding service benefits in different load demand development stages of incremental distribution network Park,so as to provide a theoretical basis for the research of differentiated operation strategy.At the same time,two pilot parks of incremental distribution network a（Industrial Park）and B（Industrial Park）in a province are selected to carry out empirical research.Through the prediction and stage division of Park load demand development,the value and calculation of their cost and income data are carried out.Through data analysis,comparison and demonstration,the research on the revenue maximization operation strategy of incremental distribution network park is completed,and the corresponding relevant reasonable operation strategy suggestions are put forward.Finally,based on the multi-dimensional management and control strategy theory of incremental distribution network operation,this paper analyzes and studies the development of incremental distribution network business from the multiple dimensions of strengthening operation source management and control,strengthening load related operation strategy analysis,giving full play to the role of market coordination and supervision,and improving relevant laws and regulations,so as to provide more management and control strategy suggestions for the orderly operation of incremental distribution network.Based on the background of new power reform,this paper studies the economic benefits of incremental distribution network Park in the operation stage,which can provide relevant strategic reference for the improvement of economic benefits in the operation stage of incremental distribution network,and provide a theoretical basis for the orderly promotion of incremental distribution network reform.
