Comprehensive Benefit Evaluation Of Incremental Distribution Project Of Qingshui Park In Yushen Industrial Park

In 2017,China issued the Notice of national Development and Reform Commission and National Energy Administration on Standardizing the Implementation of the second batch of Incremental Power Distribution Business Reform Pilot Projects(Development and Reform Economic Body [2017] No.2010),which specified that the Incremental power distribution Project in Qingshui Park,Yushan Industrial Zone,Yulin,Shaanxi was one of the second batch of incremental power distribution business reform pilot projects.Therefore,it is of great practical significance to implement the increment power distribution project in Yushen Industrial Park as soon as possible.This paper on how to develop Yu Shen industrial Qingshui park the increment distribution engineering comprehensive benefit evaluation of research,mainly analyzes the influence of the increment distribution Yu Shen industrial zone Qingshui park project construction,through the technicality and economic efficiency,social efficiency and the coordination adaptability of four aspects,and establish the increment distribution engineering comprehensive benefit evaluation index system,evaluating Yu Shen industrial Qingshui park increment distribution project overall planning of comprehensive benefits.This study provides decision-making basis for decision-makers of subsequent incremental power distribution pilot projects.By combing a large number of domestic and foreign literature on comprehensive benefit evaluation of power distribution engineering,this paper studies the research status and comprehensive benefit evaluation methods in this field.Based on the national policy and the power development demand and characteristics of Qingshui industrial park,the significance of comprehensive benefit evaluation of incremental power distribution project in Qingshui Industrial Park is analyzed.According to the characteristics of the increment distribution engineering and water power construction demand of industrial park,using chromatography analysis from technicality and economic efficiency,social efficiency,coordinated adaptive four aspects to build the evaluation index system of comprehensive benefit of this project,with the expert experience method method to determine the weight of each index,fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method was used to construct comprehensive benefit evaluation model,draw Yu Shen industrial Qingshui park increment distribution engineering comprehensive benefit evaluation results.Based on the above comprehensive benefit evaluation model and the empirical study of the incremental distribution network project,it is concluded that the comprehensive benefit evaluation result of incremental distribution project in Qingshui Park is good.Combined with the empirical analysis,the paper finally summarizes and suggests the incremental power distribution project,which provides reference for the subsequent incremental power distribution pilot project.
