In order to promote the construction and development of the distribution network and improve the operational efficiency of the distribution network,recent years,China has released the distribution network business orderly in line with the reform idea of “controlling the middle and releasing the two ends”,encouraging social capital investment and constructing the Incremental distribution network.The subject with the incremental distribution network can provide users with electricity sales service,integrated energy service,and participate in the auxiliary service market.Thus,the incremental distribution network will inevitably derive the electric retail company with the operational right of the distribution network.Many kinds of retail companies will participate in the competition using their own advantages.In order to highlight their own advantages,various types of retail companies can not only be limited to the sales business of electricity,how to carry out value-added services such as integrated energy services and energy-saving services,publishing energy-using packages,and recommending accurate electric packages to different types of users will be the way out for future retail companies.Based on the characteristics of the power market structure of the incremental distribution network,this paper analyzes the characteristics of the subjects in the market,simulates the game flow of the incremental distribution network,and deeply researches the characteristics of the retail market in the incremental distribution network.First of all,this paper analyzes the structure mode of multi-subjects participating in the market of the incremental distribution network.Then proposed the marketing game strategy under the circumstance of introducing demand response strategy.Secondly,based on the price-based demand side response strategy and the Starkberg game model,a three-party game model of the distribution company,the general electric retail company and the load aggregator is established.A piecewise utility function for aggregators is proposed with demand response strategy based on price.Then a two-layer game system is established,which simulates the game between the power-selling side and the user side,and also establishes the game mechanism inside the power-selling side.Finally,combined with the status of the spot market and the incremental distribution network,the operation model of the retail company is established with demand response based on incentive mechanism.A bargain function is proposed to simulate real bargain actions between different subjects.
