Research On The Planning And Design Strategy Of Low-carbon Community Under The Background Of Eco-city Construction ——A Case Study Of Xiangtan Biquan Lake Park Area Design

In the context of eco-city construction,my country has actively carried out the construction of low-carbon pilot cities and pilot communities.The development of low-carbon cities should start with the basic components of the city’s society,economy and environment.In cities,communities often play this key role.Therefore,the key link in the city’s low-carbon development is the construction of low-carbon communities.By analyzing the basic concepts of "eco-city" and "low-carbon community" and the relationship between the two,discussing and summarizing the experience of relevant theories and practical cases of low-carbon communities at home and abroad,analyzing the indicators in the "Guidelines for the Pilot Construction of Low-Carbon Communities",and exploring Low-carbon community planning and design strategy.Through the rational use of land and the improvement of the connectivity of different functional spaces,a functionally diversified land use model and functional grouping system will be constructed,and a residential living circle will be established to achieve a good community land layout.Through the grid layout of roads,build a low-carbon transportation system and low-carbon transportation methods,improve transportation supporting service facilities,provide diversified low-carbon transportation modes,and focus on improving public transportation coverage,so as to achieve low-carbon development of community transportation.Greening design based on the ecological environment,exploring the functionality of environmental greening,implementing the point-line-plane layout,establishing an ecological green space system and a three-dimensional greening system,combining local plants for multi-layer planting,forming an integrated environment greening and community planning Layout,and then realize the construction of eco-friendly low-carbon community.Finally,the Xiangtan Biquan Lake Park area was used as the research object,the design strategy was supported in the case,and the low-carbon technical indicators were combined to verify the effectiveness of the low-carbon planning strategy.
