| With the development of hydrophilic tourism,people have more and more contact with all kinds of ships in scenic spots,which puts forward higher requirements for the safety of ship operation.Among them,berthing and unberthing technology is one of the most important safety technologies in the process of berthing and offshore operation.The traditional berthing and unberthing technology relies on human assisted towing,although the technical requirements are not very high,but the work is boring and the working time is long,which is easy to cause slack and safety problems.At present,there is little research on the technology of automatic berthing and unberthing of ships,and there is no practical application of the technology of berthing and unberthing of ships in scenic spots.The increasing labor cost hinders the further development of hydrophilic tourism.This paper designs an automatic ship berthing system based on Zig Bee communication technology,which can reduce the labor cost of the ship berthing industry in scenic spots,realize the intellectualization of ship berthing in scenic spots,and improve the safety of ship berthing and disembarking.Firstly,the background and significance of the automatic berthing system are described,the relevant research on the dynamic model of ships at home and abroad is analyzed,the control method of the auxiliary berthing and disembarking device is discussed,and the mathematical model of the ship’s navigation attitude and the swing of the manipulator is established.Then,the main control module,Zig Bee wireless communication module,sensor module,human-computer interaction module,mechanical arm module and alarm protection module are established by selecting appropriate devices.Through the analysis of system requirements,two control processes of Shipborne mobile unit and parking lock unit are designed,and the program is written and optimized with Arduino ide.Finally,an experimental platform is built to test the various sensors in the automatic berthing system,and a ship attitude simulator is built on the upper computer to carry out the experimental operation of the berthing action.The results show that the functions of the data acquisition module of the automatic berthing system basically meet the expectations,the communication module transmits data normally,and the manipulator can complete the berthing and disembarking action of the ship as expected. |
