Research On Multifunctional Elevator Car Control System With Zigbee-based Wireless Network

For the study of wireless technology application in the elevator,ZigBee wireless technology will be applied to the elevator car's serial communication system in this subject;in order to make the elevator safer and more intelligent,the subject has added fingerprint identification and smart fingerprint landing call in elevator car control system.The purpose of the subject is to design an elevator car controller applied in elevator car control system,which has the main function of fingerprint security and wireless communications.Through the investigation of the current wireless technology and the development of elevator intelligent security,intelligent fingerprint recognition technology makes the functions of elevator security control and intelligent landing call come true;the ZigBee wireless technology makes wireless communication be feasible in elevator communication system.The main work and the achievements of the design of multifunctional elevator car control system are as follows:1.Use ZigBee wireless technology in the serial communication of elevator car.To ensure the reliability of wireless elevator car communication,a real-time monitoring and data processing mechanism are designed which can effectively reduce the error rate of elevator car wireless communications.2.Apply fingerprint identification module for elevator security.The landing call communication timing of the fingerprint module is arranged with cross-communication mode,which can improve efficiency of the system data processing.3.Complete the PCB hardware design of elevator car multifunctional control system.The elevator car controller not only has the functions of wireless communications,fingerprints landing call,but also the car stop voice capabilities.In additional,interface circuits of elevator car power supply and control signals for input and output are designed.4.Build the experimental platform of elevator car control system.Test ZigBee wireless communication of the elevator car;and test the functions of fingerprint recognition and fingerprint landing call.
