Traditional Chinese medicine is a traditional medicine in China,which occupies an important position in our country’s medical system.Therefore,it is of great significance to study the mechanical and electrical integration medicine decoction machine.With the accelerated pace of life,the traditional way of manual medicine has been unable to meet people’s needs.Therefore,it is very necessary to develop a fully functional and easy to operate home automatic Chinese medicine decoction machine device.For the current commonly used Chinese medicine decoction machine,in the boiling need special treatment(such as:Xian Jian,after the next)of traditional Chinese medicine,the drug completely by manual operation,the problem of low degree of automation.The main work of this paper is as follows:First of all,put forward a device that can automatically turn off the drug,the main body is divided into upper,middle and lower three-tier structure.Wherein the superstructure is used to place the soaking pot and the lower pot;the middle structure is used to place the inlet pipe,the funnel and the decoction pot;and the lower structure is used to pla,ce the storage pot.Second,the design and development of a set of Arduino microcontroller-based control system,the system includes both hardware design,including software development.The hardware design includes:power circuit,water circuit,heating circuit,temperature measurement circuit,control motor circuit,LCD circuit,toggle switch circuit and alarm circuit.Software design is mainly on the hardware circuit of each module to achieve one by one.When the system power,the LCD display "welcome" words.Through the switch to select the decontamination mode,the LCD screen shows the corresponding decoction mode,began to water,heating and control the motor flip and otheons.During the heating process,the temperature in the pot is monitored in real time and displayed on the LCD screen.Finally,the machine’s software and hardware testing,to build a der boiling operaticoction to complete the experimental platform for traditional Chinese medicine.And were carried out by ordinary medicine and special medicine decocting experiment.Through the experiment found that:This article can be a way to automatically turn off the device,you can achieve for the need for special treatment(such as:fried,after the next)of traditional Chinese medicine,in the medicine,without human intervention,you can fully automated for the drug operation.And can be achieved only a key operation,you can order to complete the water,heating,flip medicine and other boiling process.Hardware construction is reasonable,the software can achieve the expected operation,the system of the normal indicators,basically achieved the desired results.
