| With the increasing economic level of China,customers’ demand for customized products and personalized services is also increasing,which leads to the product life cycle being gradually shortened and orders changing more and more frequently.In the background of multi-variety small-batch market,the running costs of Chinese enterprises rise sharply,and the small and medium-sized enterprises with weak resistance to risks even have the risk of bankruptcy.The long-term practice of domestic and foreign enterprises has proved that lean production,as an effective production management mode,plays an important role in enterprises.By strengthening the control of production management process,lean production can minimize waste in production links and improve the overall operation efficiency of each link of the production system.Based on the analysis of the current production situation of W Company,this paper identifies the problems existing in the production management of the company,such as unbalance production line,low comprehensive operation efficiency of equipment and excessive inventory of products in process by drawing the value flow chart,and makes a qualitative analysis of the on-site problems according to the fishbone chart.Combined with the actual production management of the company,the general idea and expected improvement target of the crankshaft production line optimization of W Company were put forward,and the optimization layout scheme of the machining shop production line,the standardized operation process of the production line and the standardized operation process of personnel were proposed.Combined with TPM,the comprehensive operation efficiency of the equipment is improved from the preparation stage of full production and maintenance and the implementation of clamping;Combined with 5S management,put forward the company 5S activity plan.Finally,according to the actual situation of production and management of W Company,the guarantee scheme of implementing lean production improvement is proposed and a series of guarantee measures are formulated.Through the comparison before and after improvement,it is found that the improvement program can significantly improve the overall operation efficiency of the enterprise,the products in process can be effectively controlled,and the enthusiasm of the operators can be significantly improved. |
