| With the continuous improvement of people’s quality of life,cars have entered thousands of households and become a common tool in people’s daily life.With the continuous progress of society,the concept of consumption is also undergoing continuous changes,from the pursuit of the ultimate cost performance to the pursuit of key factors such as brand safety and quality.Quality is the foundation of an enterprise,especially the quality of the automobile industry is related to the personal safety of buyers,and it is a top priority.In order to achieve the goal of "mainstream excellent car brand",Bestune brand first needs to improve its product quality.The quality of the car directly affects the sales of cars,which in turn affects the economic benefits of the company.Whether the Bestune brand can achieve its strategic goal the root of it.This paper takes the T model project of Bestune Company as an example,based on the theory of total quality management,this paper analyzes and combs many objective problems in the project,so as to determine the optimization scheme of its quality management.This paper mainly research on improving product quality to provide customers with high-quality services,undertake corporate responsibility,and adhere to the goal of sustainable development by improving the quality management of projects,and adopts the methods of investigation,literature research and logical induction to analyze the problem and propose solutions.In-depth analysis of the actual connotation of quality,quality management and other theories,and a deep understanding of quality management tools such as PDCA and FMEA models.Aiming at the current quality management of T models,the corresponding quality policy and quality objectives are put forward for the formulation of the optimization strategy,and the management principles and management modes are clarified at the same time.The quality management mechanism is proposed from three aspects: the quality management document system,the project quality management mechanism,and the organizational structure of the project core team members.The reasons for the problem are analyzed from five aspects: unclear customer demand analysis,imperfect project development process,insufficient supplier quality management,quality documents unable to support project development,and lack of problem solving process.From the perspective of solving problems,the optimization principles and objectives of quality management are put forward.The main optimization strategies are proposed from five aspects: customer demand,project development,supplier management,quality documents,and workflow.First,analyze the needs of optimizing customers,so as to establish a good feedback mechanism for the automobile quality market.The second is to update the project management organization activities,solve the problem of poor communication,and then establish a perfect project management system.The third is to effectively manage suppliers,optimize the supplier selection system and performance management system,and improve product quality in multiple links.The fourth is to build a complete management file system and build a quality management information base through the design of top-level documents,so as to improve the scientificity and rigor of enterprise product development and quality management.The fifth is to improve the efficiency of project quality management by strengthening the quality problem solving process,strengthening the inter-departmental cooperation procedure,reducing time and cost.By improving the quality awareness of enterprise employees,strengthening the training of quality management concepts,implementing and strengthening the responsibilities of each position,and establishing an effective reward and punishment mechanism,various strategies can be effectively implemented and the project quality effective management of the enterprise.The purpose of this paper is to analyze the quality management of FAW Bestune T models,with its universality and applicability,to play a certain reference role in the quality management of other car models. |
