Research On The Design Of Children’s Hospital Sign Guidance System Based On Emotion

With the development and reform of China’s economy,science and technology and medical mode,the current medical level,management mode and medical environment of hospitals have made progress to varying degrees.However,a growing number of surveys show that patients’ needs for hospitals are not only about treating patients,but also about experiencing them during the process.Economic development has further improved the level of medical care,but the doctor-patient relationship corresponding to the production relationship is deteriorating.The phenomenon of "medical trouble" in recent years is an epitome of it.Children’s hospital is shouldering the mission serves for the thousands of sick children,should not only focus on quality management,medical equipment and service attitude,also should pay attention to the hospital environment space and process layout,and logo-oriented systems as a link between users and children’s medical space,in the visual environment space plays a very key role.The purpose of this study is to alleviate children’s negative emotions during diagnosis and treatment,improve the experience of sick children and accompanying parents in the process of medical treatment,and make the hospital more emotional and humanistic care.This thesis adopts the research methods of literature analysis,Field method,case analysis,questionnaire and comprehensive analysis to study the sign guidance system of children’s hospital from the perspective of emotional care and to meet the needs of children.First of all,by analyzing the research status of the design of children’s hospital signage guidance system at home and abroad,this thesis concludes that compared with foreign countries,the signage guidance design of children’s hospital neglects children’s psychology when seeking medical treatment,and does not adequately reflect the hospital’s emotional care for children’s vulnerable groups.Secondly,several children’s hospitals in China were investigated on the spot,and the common problems of children’s hospitals in China were summarized.A questionnaire survey was conducted on the use of the guidance system in Anhui Children’s Hospital to establish data support for the subsequent analysis.Thirdly,the thesis analyzes the performance of the identification guidance system at the three levels of instinct,behavior and reflection.Five emotional design elements are summarized to explore how they play different functions in the children’s hospital signage guidance system.Finally,based on the preliminary theoretical basis and research data,the emotional needs of children,parents and medical staff are analyzed,and the emotional design principles and design strategies of children’s hospital sign guidance system at the level of instinct,behavior and reflection are summarized.Finally,suggestions are put forward for the management and maintenance of children’s hospital signage guidance system.Based on the analysis and discussion of the design of children’s hospital signage guidance system,this thesis emphasizes the user’s experience on the basis of satisfying the basic functions of the signage guidance system.By taking emotional experience as the foothold of design,the design of children’s hospital sign guidance system focuses on the psychological needs of users,so that the hospital becomes more humanistic care,and at the same time provides new ideas and beneficial reference for the improvement and perfection of children’s hospital sign guidance system in China.
