China’s construction industry has been relatively mature,and has the hardware conditions and management experience to develop ancillary high-end intermediary technical support services,such as engineering cost consulting services.Due to the immature operation experience of project cost consultation,and the impact of economic downturn and epidemic on the construction industry in recent years,the service quality of the whole project cost consultation market is not ideal.In this context,it is of great significance to study the measurement of the service quality of project cost consultation to help improve the service quality of project cost consultation.At present,there are many qualitative discussions and studies on the quality of engineering cost consulting services,but few quantitative studies,which are difficult to be based on accurate and in-depth reference of enterprises.Therefore,it is necessary to carry out corresponding quantitative studies.In this paper,Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation Method and other quantitative methods are used for analysis and research.First of all,this paper expounds the industry background,development status,and the significance of the research on the service quality of engineering cost consulting,and makes a relevant summary,expounds the research methods and technical routes.Secondly,this paper introduces the connotation,characteristics,advantages and operation mode of engineering cost consultation,and expounds SERVQUAL’s service quality theory and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation theory as the theoretical basis of the research.Then,the paper describes the development status of engineering cost consulting at home and abroad,and paves the way for the following index analysis.Then,based on SERVQUAL model,fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method and word frequency analysis method combined with the concrete reality of engineering cost consulting,the indexes of service quality of engineering cost consulting are determined,sorted out and screened,construction of engineering cost consulting service quality measurement index system.Finally,AHP and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method are used to measure and analyze the quality of the cost consulting service of Zhengzhou Airport’s high-speed Brightening Project.The study found that the overall quality of the project cost consultation service for the high-speed Brightening project of Zhengzhou Airport was not high and was at the medium level.There was still room for improvement,the main reason for the unsatisfactory service quality of Zhengzhou Airport’s high-speed Brightening Project is the poor performance in service timeliness.However,compared with other service indicators,the reliability of project cost consultation is the advantage of Zhengzhou Airport high-speed Brightening Project Cost Consultation Service.Based on the survey results,some suggestions are put forward to improve the quality of the cost consultation service for the Zhengzhou Airport high-speed Brightening Project.
