The rapid development of social science and technology,the rapid improvement of information technology level,and the steady progress of national urbanization construction have led to the increasing proportion of municipal infrastructure construction in the entire engineering industry.However,the traditional management method of municipal engineering cost data can no longer meet the requirements of the times.The existing reference data updates are not timely,accuracy is insufficient,information transmission is blocked,access channels are limited,and other issues are highlighted,which cannot meet the needs of industry informatization construction.In the era of big data informatization,the cost management of municipal engineering projects should be based on the entire life cycle,fully utilizing information collection technology,and timely collecting,storing,and utilizing various data information.The construction of a cost database rich in cost elements and cost information is the foundation for the development of cost management digitization,and it is necessary to conduct research on this.On the basis of extensive research on the current situation of municipal engineering cost management,this article analyzes investment estimation indicators in various regions and finds that the low efficiency of cost management is due to the scattered basic data supporting cost management,outdated management methods,and insufficient analysis.Therefore,it is necessary to establish a municipal engineering cost database for management,and then propose research on database architecture design.This article is based on the basic logic of database design,combined with the composition and pricing methods of municipal engineering costs,to study the functional requirements,conceptual models,logical models,and physical models of municipal engineering cost databases.Firstly,the municipal engineering is decomposed into the smallest unit elements through the WBS work breakdown structure,and the underlying information that affects the cost is preliminarily identified.Then,a list of cost impact information for municipal engineering is determined through the preparation of basis identification,expert investigation,and other methods.Based on the ISM method to analyze the key impact information of cost,and based on this,construct a bottom level cost data module for municipal engineering.Taking municipal engineering investment estimation as an example,the various cost information that affects investment estimation was comprehensively sorted out,and the E-R model for municipal engineering investment estimation was clarified.Based on this,the logical model was designed,which was then transformed into a physical structure model and a structured form was designed.Selecting My SQL as the database system,developing web front-end pages through HTML,CSS,and Java Script,and selecting Python language for back-end development using the Django framework,the implementation and construction of the database system were achieved.Finally,based on a case study of a municipal road project,a simulation analysis was conducted on the material price database in the municipal engineering cost database,verifying that the database system can provide effective support for municipal engineering cost management. |
