This paper takes the quality management research of Company D’s auto start-stop product development as a specific implementation case,study the practical application of quality initial planning concept and method in product development,relatively systematic study of quality management concept,quality control tools in the product development process.First of all,according to the quality management and development needs of Company D’s auto start-stop product development,the quality policy and quality objectives of the development project are formulated,and the company’s organization and functions are assigned according to the product realization process,and the main responsibilities and authority of the quality management organization are clarified.At the same time,according to customer needs and expectations,we identify the critical path and the weak links and key technologies that affect or restrict the development of the project according to critical time points,and make product development plan.Secondly,on the basis of the current standard ISO9001 quality system management theory,according to IATF16949 quality management system management method,we adhere to the concept of "focus on prevention,perfect design","starting from the original intention of product design" and "verification,review is the key",establish the company’s quality policy,set quality objectives,draw up the project implementation plan,identify the key process and formulate the implementation plan Product process steps and methods.It includes initial quality planning,production process approval,potential failure mode,control plan,standardized operation steps,design and trial production.Explore and practice the application of quality management system and quality management method in product development.Finally,this paper expounds the basic concept of quality management in the process of product R & D,and makes it clear that product R & D is not a single soldier operation of the technical department,but a full staff activity.And established a multi-functional intelligent group,and implanted the concept of quality management into the group.And further put forward suggestions for continuous improvement of products,such as how to reduce the ratio of unqualified products in the whole production process,improve the process production capacity,and improve customer satisfaction.Summarize the research experience and apply it to the whole process of product development of similar new projects.The results of this paper put forward solutions and implementation strategies for quality management method in the new product development process of Company D.It has strong operability and practicality,and provides practical experience for the company’s quality system upgrade.At the same time,it has a positive impact on the quality of the domestic.All these efforts are to ensure the quality of new products and thus to enhance customer satisfaction.The implementation of quality management method in the new product development process of similar battery manufacturing enterprises has a positive reference significance.
