| The total output and size of the global automotive industry have been increasing over the past three decades,and the overall growth trend is relatively stable.In 2017,global auto production reached more than 90 million units for the first time,of which China’s auto production and sales reached 29.915 million vehicles and 28.879 million vehicles,which has increased orders at all levels upstream and downstream of the automotive industry,has led to a boom of automotive component industry.However,China’s auto component enterprises face various problems and challenges,in order to gain an advantage in the competition enterprise needs:compress the development cycle of new projects,reduce product quality defect rate,reduce interruption of the vehicle factory caused by quality issue,strengthen product cost control and reduce the quality loss rate,reduce excess freight caused by the production and quality problems.In order to obtain economic benefits,maintain and enhance the corporate image,conducive to the future bidding of new projects,new product project quality management has become the focus of domestic parts enterprises.The purpose of this paper is to solve the problems about the delay of new product development projects,the number of complaints about product quality problems from the development phase to the initial mass production phase,the high cost of poor product quality in the initial mass production phase,and the long cycle time of solving quality-related problems during the development phase for C auto component company.After the implementation of the optimization program,achieved expected improvement targets,and got customer satisfaction in the aspects of the project development schedule and the number of customer complaints,gained the economic benefits on saving developer spending and reducing poor quality costs,all of them indicate that the optimization method is effective.During the improvement,the introduction of electronic project management method LSR management tools and electronic MKS project management system tools,are the project quality management optimization tool,cannot only prompt the project team members to complete the task on schedule and mention everyone to close the problem as soon as possible,but also can review the problems about other projects.This paper aims to provide some guidance and reference to new project quality management for other domestic component companies. |
