The high-rise steel structure residence is the trend of our country’s development in the future.It conforms to the situation of China’s vigorous promotion of prefabricated buildings and meets the needs of our current building industrialization and green building.Through the study of this paper,the rectangular steel-frame column-support structure is a good high-rise steel structure system.Firstly,we briefly introduced the status and trends of high-rise steel structures.Secondly,we took a planned 32-storey steel structure residential project as an example,and establish three different system models to analyze structural performance and economic performance.Through comparative analysis,it is found that the high-rise steel structure residence is more prone to the basement zero stress area than the reinforced concrete structure housing.The displacement angle under the air working condition is an important control parameter in the structure performance index.Then we compared the different types of support.We found that the change in the type of support has little effect on the performance of the structure.We analyzed the main control factors of square-pipe steel-frame post-support structure design under the same basic wind pressure and different design basic earthquake accelerations.It is concluded that under the design basic earthquake acceleration of less than 0.2g,the structure is mainly controlled by the wind load.Under the basic seismic acceleration of design of more than0.2g,the structure is mainly controlled by the earthquake action.Finally,we did the static elastic-plastic analysis and dynamic elasto-plastic analysis by Midas-Gen in the basic wind pressure of 0.35 k N/m~2 and the basic earthquake acceleration of 0.1g.According to the static elastoplastic analysis,the arrangement of the structure satisfies the seismic fortification concept of“supporting the first line of defense as a structural earthquake resistance”and“strong column weak beam”.According to the dynamic elastoplastic analysis,the structure is still in a state of elasticity under the influence of a rare earthquake of 7 degrees(0.1g),and its seismic performance is superior.In this paper,we provide a good reference for the design of the high-rise steel structure residence for the square-cornered steel-column frame-support system. |
