With the development of the society, more and more high-rise buildings, high-rise structure research is the research hotspot in the field of structural engineering. Each super-tall building its structure has both common problems and personality problems, both need to study. The Beijing south age3floor high-rise structure are highly excessive high, high conversion, floor open hole on the aspects of design overrun problem. According to the "high regulation" rules, and the relevant requirement of transfinite high-rise building engineering review, combined with the structure of the performance-based design goal, the research on the system, the main work and achievements are as follows:(1)Aimed at the Beijing south age3transfinite super-tall building in preliminary design, using two different software SATWE and MIDAS GEN elastic static analysis of the structure of the selected scheme and structure of component section optimization, after the analysis comparison of the structure of the main index, the results prove that correct modeling and analysis process, conform to the requirements of the specification.(2)Through the parameter analysis research high conversion layer location and transfer beam floor structure form of high-rise structure stress performance and the influence of the design results. Research shows that the project high conversion layer of floor height has little influence on the overall performance of the structure, but still showed with the increase of floor height under seismic loading, structural base shear, bending moment and the rule of structural displacement increases; Truss type conversion beam the solid-web beams bearing performance is good, low quantity of steel, and the pipeline can be arranged on truss abdomen in order to satisfy the requirement ceiling height, is a good transition structure.(3)With MIDAS GEN software system of the optimized structure of elastic time history analysis under severe earthquake and under severe earthquake of elastic and elastic-plastic time history analysis. More of the elastic time history analysis under severe earthquake response and vibration mode decomposition response spectrum method to calculate the results. At the same time analyze the elastic-plastic time history analysis under severe earthquake as a result, it is concluded that the structure of the plastic deformation of interlayer displacement Angle meet the specification requirements, structural plastic development meet the performance-based design goal.(4)Using MIDAS GEN software under severe earthquake was carried out on the structure of static elastoplastic analysis, and compared with the structure of elastic-plastic time history analysis results, the results show that the layer seismic shear loading mode of static elastoplastic analysis to an approximate evaluation of the seismic performance of the structure of the high-rise.(5)For a key node design two kinds of different forms, and using the finite element software ABAQUS to analyze it, including node plate, web member and chord stress distribution under the design load, through the node analysis to determine the final form using just answer node.
