This topic is the national natural fund’s later work, main task is to study the load range of digital loading system, the comprehensive evaluation of a given loading system.This thesis mainly frequency conversion power hydraulic test bench and industrial computer, on the basis of the research, design experiment plan, on the basis of a lot of experimental data, the loading test bench system load range, and within the scope of loading constant pressure, constant flow systems, excavator working condition of typical simulation experiment.The experimental results show that, within the scope of the loading, hydraulic loading system can accurately simulate the typical working condition load spectrum, the operation is simple and reliable operation.This thesis mainly research work are as follows:1) the research data, access to a large number of relevant papers, using the PC edition LabVIEW experiment program, debugging the hydraulic system, sensor calibration, eliminate interference and fully prepared for subsequent experiments;2) the design of the hydraulic loading system load experiment scheme, using PC LabVIEW program testing, multiple sets of data, based on a large number of experiments, the static characteristic and dynamic characteristic analysis system respectively, draw the Bode diagram, get the system has good stability, to the system load characteristics of qualitative description;3) using the AMEsim HCD build a detailed model of electromagnetic proportional relief valve and to establish the model of the whole system, discusses the closed loop control strategy, and the constant pressure, excavator working condition of typical closed-loop system simulation research, provide the basis for the experiment.4) according to the results of simulation experiments, using the hydraulic test bench testing, collect data, the result of the experiment and simulation results indicate that, within the scope of the loading, hydraulic loading system is a good way to simulate constant pressure system, constant flow system and the excavator working condition of typical;...
