With the continuous growth of China's auto market in recent years,new energy vehicles have shined,and various engineering vehicles have made great achievements for China's infrastructure construction.The research and development of these vehicles are inseparable from road tests;and indoors,Road simulation tests can greatly reduce test time and make vehicle product testing safer and more convenient.The wheel-coupled road simulation test system is a high-end equipment for road simulation tests of heavy vehicles,and the linear displacemant servo actuator is a key component.The road simulation test benches of domestic universities and auto companies have been introduced from abroad,and mainly used for the trial of cars.Although,domestic related institutions and enterprises are continuing to develop research,the product funetions are still far from the same teehnology abroad.The servo actuator is used as the execution output component of the road simulation test system,and its work is related to the accuracy of the road simulation.The:selection,design and calculation of servo actuators are often modeled after foreign similar products and lack relevant theoretical guidance,resulting in low working capacity and small road spectrum simulation range.Based on the "development and design of vehicle road simulation vibration testing machine" project of xiamen wadis autom obile design service co.,LTD.,this study designed a hydraulic servo actuator with high speed and.large thrust static.pressure support.In view of the above problems,first of all,the working principle and structure of the actuator are analyzed,the,appropriate actuator driving mode is selected according to the target dem and,,the preliminary modeling design is adapted by CREO sofware,the fluid static pressure bearing is used as the Seal of the actuatpr,and the oil source system and various auxiliary parts are selected for the actuator hydraulic system.Then,taking the actuator ydraulic system as model,based on the AEMsim software,the simulation of the actuator hydraulic system was carried out,and the working characteristics and cooling requirements of the actu ator were checked.ANSYS software and nCode DesignLife software were used to jointly simulate the modal analysis and fatigue life analysis of the double-head piston rod to provide simulation support for the service life of the actuator,Finally,the experimental data show the accuracy of the design and the rationality of the simulation.The sucessful development of this high-speed,large-thrust hydrostarically supported hydraulic servo actuator improves The applicability of The road simulation test platform for large buses and heavy trucks.At the same time,it provides a reference for the efficiency an d life calculation of actuators used in China.
