With the rapid development of China’s economy and the increase of urban population,the pressure on urban public transport is becoming larger.The metro is an important part of urban public transport and plays an important role in easing traffic congestion and other issues.The bogie is one of the most important parts of metro vehicles,to provide traction,support and guidance of the vehicle in the process of the vehicle.To a great extent,the rationality of the structure of the bogie can directly affect the dynamic performance of the metro vehicles and the safety and comfort of the ride.This paper research on the detection equipment of the Metro Bogie,mainly research on the loading system of Metro Bogie static load test bench,has the actual application value,can improve the vehicle running safety and comfort,and will promote the development of metro maintenance in our country.The main research contents of this paper are:Firstly,this paper puts forward the overall design scheme of Metro Bogie static load test bench,introduces the composition test system of mechanical system,detection system,hydraulic system.Secondly,through the comparative analysis,the choice of electro-hydraulic servo as the hydraulic loading system of loading,the loading system of the overall composition,working principle and working process;the loading system design is put forward,according to the requirements of the system to calculate and select the appropriate hydraulic components and the working medium of choice to determine the simulation parameter settings.Thirdly,the research on PID control algorithm and fuzzy control algorithm,combining the advantages of PID control and fuzzy control,the fuzzy PID control algorithm is proposed for the metro loading system,and the fuzzy PID controller is designed for the displacement control system of the static load test bench of the Metro Bogie;in AMESim respectively establish displacement control model and force loading model,displacement loading synchronization system model using the equivalent method to control,using PID control and fuzzy PID control,CO simulation using AMESim and Simulink,the hydraulic system was established in AMESim,the establishment of control system in Simulink,simulation experiment and analysis,draw the conclusion: the displacement control system using fuzzy PID control is better than PID control;PID control simulation,the force loading control system draws the conclusion: the force loading control system using PID control effect is good.Finally,introduce the control system and the man-machine interface of the host computer,which can monitor and control the whole process of the experiment.The data of the test and the data of the sensor can be displayed and collected in real time.
