Research On Cost Risk Management Of Future Community EPC Projects From General Contractors Perspective

The Engineering Procurement Construction Mode is vigorously promoting applications,because of its advantages.As a "future community" construction of major peoples livelihood projects in Zhejiang Province,Because of the characteristics of multi-professional coordination,multi-professional coordination,multi-professional coordination,multi-professional,multi-professional,multi-professional,multi-professional,design and construction,etc.The total contracting mode of EPC project is also used.However,compared to traditional contracting models brings more risks to the general contractor,In particular,cost risks,seriously affect the economic benefits and enthusiasm of the general contractor,also harmful to further promotion and development of the general contracting model of EPC project.For future community project general contracting projects with EPC mode,because of its characteristics of large investment,tight construction,complex design,the cost risk problem is more problematic.This paper surrounds the future community EPC project,taking the general contractors perspective,the cost risk management has been studied.Including the cost risk factors of future communities EPC projects,cost risk assessment,and countermeasures for cost-risks.In this paper,based on the collection and analysis of the cost risk management of EPC projects and the future community construction research,this paper combines the future community EPC project,from the project preparation,contract signing,design implementation,bidding procurement,construction,contract settlement six stages,Identify cost risk factors.Then,the entropy rights of the entropy rights of the cost risk of the general contracting project of the future community EPC project were studied,and the cost risk assessment model of future communities EPC project was established.Then,cost risk response control initiatives for future communities EPC projects are proposed.Finally,this paper introduces the Case Study of the future community EPC project in Jianggan District.Research on cost risk management of future communities EPC project,It will provide the EPC contractor to provide the theory and method of cost risk management around future communities,thereby strengthening the cost-owned risk management capabilities of the general contractor,enhancing the market competitiveness of general contracting enterprises in the future community construction,thus promoting future communities.High quality construction.
