City greenbelt is the main function and purpose of improving city living environment and natural ecology.It is the important content of city greenbelt system and also the important sign of economic development,social progress and people’s life improvement.In recent years,EPC mode has become the mainstream management mode in the general contracting of landscape engineering,realizing the integrated operation of design,procurement and construction,with advantages of high efficiency and comprehensive project schedule control.However,due to the complex construction environment,low standardization,various types of garden building materials,wide plant specificity and other risk factors of garden engineering EPC projects,the complexity and uncertainty of garden engineering EPC projects in the construction process,so that the general contractor of garden is faced with huge risk management challenges,and ultimately affect the long-term development of garden enterprises.This study takes the H project EPC project of S Landscape Engineering Company as the research carrier.Firstly,starting from risk identification,20 risk factors affecting the overall project are identified through literature research,case analysis and Delphi method,and the expression forms of risk factors are analyzed.Secondly,the loss values caused by 20 risk factors were determined by questionnaire survey,and the overall risk of Project H was quantitatively assessed by Monte Carlo simulation.At the same time,sensitivity analysis was used to divide 20 risk factors into four levels according to their impact on the overall project.Finally,based on the analysis results,it summarizes the construction of garden engineering EPC project risk management system,risk management process construction and specific risk coping strategies.The research results of this paper provide an important reference for the risk management of EPC projects in landscape enterprises,and provide support for the risk management theory and application of EPC projects in landscape enterprises.
