Research On Design Strategy Of Infectious Disease Area In General Hospital

In order to create a healthier and stable development environment,China’s public health needs to increase investment in the control of infectious diseases,especially severe infectious diseases.The infectious disease area of the general hospital is the main place for screening,observation and treatment of patients with infectious diseases.It forms a diagnosis and treatment institution of infectious diseases together with the specialized infectious disease hospital.However,there are still a lot of problems at this stage.Designing a scientific and reasonable infectious disease area in general hospital is an important subject to improve the epidemic prevention and control ability and public health level.At the same time,the medical model is also changing from physiology to psychology and then to society.As an important part of the public health system,the infectious disease area of the general hospital has emerged new demands for its functional development,which not only needs to meet the functional requirements of infectious disease diagnosis and treatment,but also expand the functional requirements of resource integration and comfortable environment.This paper takes the infectious disease area of the general hospital as the research object,and expounds the basic situation of the infectious disease area through combing the development process and summarizing the current situation.Based on the design theory and design guidelines,it is concluded that the design of infectious disease area mainly focuses on the two elements of overall planning and internal design.Based on this,this paper selects the infectious disease areas of 20 general hospitals in China to investigate the current situation,and analyzes the specific problems existing in these two aspects.In view of the overall planning problem,this paper puts forward the strategies of improving the setting of departments,reserving room for emergency expansion and scientific site selection planning,deduces three formulas for calculating the total scale of infectious disease areas and the area of various functional rooms by statistical method,and summarizes the number of specific functional rooms required for the three functions of outpatient,medical technology and hospitalization.In view of the internal design problems,the "explicit" and "implicit" functions are proposed to cooperate with each other to form a phase application room,so as to meet different functional needs and create rich spatial levels and comfortable environment.Then,according to the principle of cleaning and pollution division,the corresponding layout and the combined layout are summarized according to the medical processes of the three functions.The development strategies of flexible design and digital design of infectious disease areas are put forward.The research of this paper provides a reference for the architectural design of infectious disease area in general hospital,so as to improve the architectural function,improve the environmental quality and enhance the ability of emergency prevention and control.
