The history of infection runs through the whole human history,and the epidemic has always been accompanied by human society.The novel coronavirus pneumonia,the black plague,avian influenza,influenza a H1N1,swine flu,SARS,new crown pneumonia and other infectious diseases that spread throughout the European continent spread throughout the world.Not only have they caused a lot of casualties,but also seriously impede the development of human society,economy,culture,tourism,catering and other industries.In 2003,the outbreak of SARS virus in Guangdong province spread to the southeast and even the whole world.The rapid spread of the SRAS virus has brought great pressure to the happy life of the world.The characteristics of high pathogenic rate and high mortality have brought great pressure to the physiology and psychology of the patients and the medical staff,and have also seriously affected the emergency system of public health emergencies in China.Shortly thereafter,infectious diseases such as avian influenza,yellow fever and a / H1N1 broke out all over the country.At the end of 2019,New Coronavirus pneumonia broke out in Wuhan,Hubei province.The characteristics of high pathogenic rate caused it to poison the whole country and seriously endangered the life safety of the whole nation.The CPC Central Committee made timely deployment,and all parts of the country rushed to Wuhan one after another.The medical staff adhered to the front line.Finally,under the wise command of the CPC Central Committee,the epidemic was successfully contained.However,the problems exposed in the epidemic reflected the disadvantages in the construction of infectious disease specialized hospitals in China.As the front-line position of epidemic prevention,infectious disease specialized hospital is very important,but its own problems exposed in the epidemic are difficult to deal with large-scale epidemic,serious infection of medical staff,weak reception of patients and so on.As the most populous country in the world,China has a vast territory and dense population.A large number of floating population makes the rapid expansion of infectious diseases more convenient.Therefore,with the rapid development of social economy,science and technology,improving China’s infectious disease prevention and control system,updating infectious disease specialized hospitals and improving the response ability of disease prevention and control are a severe task we must face.This paper selects the infectious disease specialized hospital as the research object,starts from the perspective of function,based on the investigation and problem induction of the current situation of the infectious disease specialized hospital,and based on the in-depth study of the literature and relevant design specifications,puts forward the guiding strategy for the improvement design of the building function space for the current situation of the infectious disease specialized hospital,and then combines the actual construction projects to verify the theory put forward by ourselves,Complete the sublimation of combining theory with practice,and provide new ideas for the construction of infectious disease specialized hospital in the future.The full text is divided into five chapters.The first chapter is the introduction.Firstly,it introduces the research background of the subject,defines the research methods and research framework,and introduces the innovation and limitations of the article.The second chapter is the basic research of infectious disease specialized hospitals.Firstly,it introduces infectious diseases in detail,secondly introduces the development process of infectious disease specialized hospitals in China,then introduces the concept of system theory,defines the research focus of the article,and finally expounds the development trend of infectious disease specialized hospitals in China in the future.The third chapter investigates the current situation of several selected infectious disease specialized hospitals,and makes an in-depth understanding and systematic analysis and summary of their overall planning,architectural function space design,special design and other aspects.The fourth chapter puts forward targeted improvement design guidance strategies for the current situation of infectious disease specialized hospitals based on the problems found in the investigation,covering three aspects:the overall planning of the hospital area(site selection,planning layout,clean and sewage zoning,streamline design and reserve land),the design of medical function space(outpatient function space,medical technology function space and inpatient function space)and special design.The fifth chapter is to verify the improved design guidance strategy of infectious disease specialized hospital proposed in the fourth chapter from the perspective of combining theory with practice,so as to provide a practical theoretical basis for the construction of
