Research On Outpatient Space Design Strategy Of Infectious Disease Hospital Based On POE Theory

In recent years,the incidence rate of infectious diseases in China has remained high,and its prevention and control situation is not optimistic.Especially since the outbreak of COVID-19,China's infectious disease hospitals have exposed problems such as insufficient quantity and poor architectural design level,which can no longer meet the current situation and the use needs of users.As the forefront of infectious disease hospitals,outpatient space is the part with the most dense flow of people,the highest risk of infection and the highest frequency of use.How to improve the architectural design level of outpatient space of infectious disease hospital,meet various use needs of users,and how to ensure the maximum efficiency of outpatient space of infectious disease hospital in the period of epidemic normalization prevention and control are the key aspects that need to be paid attention to under the current situation.Therefore,in order to better adapt to the changing situation and needs,it is very necessary to study its design strategy on the basis of evaluating the outpatient space of infectious disease hospital by using POE(Post-Occupancy Evaluation).Firstly,this thesis combs the relevant theories of POE and outpatient space of infectious disease hospital,which lays a foundation for follow-up research.Combined with Maslow's hierarchy of needs theory,this thesis analyzes the basic needs of users of outpatient space of infectious disease hospital,including patients and medical staff;Secondly,the scope,purpose,method and process of POE evaluation are clarified.Through literature reading and practical investigation,five evaluation index sets and 21 evaluation indexes are determined,and their weights are calculated by analytic hierarchy process,so as to complete the construction of POE evaluation system;Thirdly,the evaluation system is used to evaluate the outpatient space of Panlongshan hospital area of Shandong public health clinical center and Nanjing public health medical center.The evaluation index satisfaction and weight are analyzed,and the evaluation index system is combined with the design logic of medical architecture Summarize the advantages and disadvantages of the evaluation object in each evaluation index from the four aspects of functional facilities,so as to guide the proposal of subsequent design strategies;Finally,combined with the problems found in the POE evaluation of the two hospitals and the experience that can be used for reference,the design strategies of safe and orderly spatial organization,demand transformation strategy,healthy and comfortable healing environment and efficient and convenient functional facilities are put forward respectively.The composition of POE system of outpatient space in infectious disease hospital adopts the combination of user satisfaction evaluation and structured observation evaluation,which avoids the subjective judgment of the evaluation subject on the evaluation object as far as possible,so as to reflect the actual use of the building and the real satisfaction of users through the evaluation results.Then,through the POE evaluation of the outpatient space of infectious disease hospital,we can obtain an objective understanding of the advantages,disadvantages and causes of the outpatient space of infectious disease hospital,and then provide guidance and direction for the design strategy to better meet the use needs of users.This thesis is expected to provide new design ideas for the outpatient space design of infectious disease hospital,and also provide some reference in POE theoretical research and practice.
