Research On The Combined Design Of The General Hospital Nursing Unit

With the continuous development of economy and society,people are becoming more and more connected,which also provides a favorable environment for the widespread spread of infectious diseases.Since 2000,several large-scale epidemic events have occurred,including SARS in 2003,bird flu in 2006,H1N1 influenza in2009,Ebola epidemic in 2014-2018,and the These events have seriously affected people’s health and social economy.Under such circumstances,people’s demand for urban public health emergency support capabilities is increasing day by day.Hospitals specializing in infectious diseases have poor profitability due to their own operations,are more dependent on financial allocations,and the spread of the epidemic is explosive,transient,and unpredictable.Therefore,it is not an appropriate strategy to build a large number of specialized hospitals for infectious diseases.At the same time,in the case of relatively scarce medical resources,our country is still continuing to build more general hospitals.In this context,this paper focuses on the nursing units of newly-built general hospitals,and proposes to study the design and construction of nursing units in general hospitals with the idea of "combining epidemic prevention and control",in order to better balance the current medical resource needs and the possible future.Public health events,improve the comprehensive utilization of medical resources.Specifically,this paper will discuss from the following five chapters:First of all,in the introduction part,this paper puts forward the research background,clarifies that the research object is the nursing unit of the new general hospital,summarizes the current research status at home and abroad,and discusses the feasibility of the "combination of epidemic prevention and control" design;then,the second chapter serves as the basis Research,respectively studied the construction status of general hospital nursing unit and respiratory infectious disease nursing unit,and summarized the design difficulties of "combining epidemic prevention and control";During the epidemic period,the design experience and shortcomings of the newly-built Aerospace City Hospital and Yunjingshan Hospital under the guidance of the design concept of "combination of epidemic prevention and control" laid a solid foundation for the strategy proposal in Chapter 4;Chapter 4 proposed and summarized the principles of the design of the combination of epidemic prevention and control and strategy.Among them,this paper puts forward four principles: the principle of safety,the principle of economy,the principle of high efficiency and the principle of humanization.And based on the overall planning,architectural space and electromechanical system,the corresponding strategies are put forward;the fifth chapter takes the engineering practice of Xi’an Public Health Center as an example,and further explains the principles and strategies of the "combination of epidemic prevention and control" design of the nursing unit of the newly built general hospital;Finally,the sixth chapter summarizes the conclusions of this study and gives an outlook.On the whole,this paper systematically expounds the feasibility,principles and strategies of the integrated design of anti-epidemic nursing units in new general hospitals,and verified them through actual engineering practice.On the basis of summarizing the related research at home and abroad,some innovative and operable design methods and strategies are put forward,which have certain reference value for the design and construction of general hospital nursing units.
