| Around the year of the Beijing Olympics in the 21st century,China’s sustained and rapid economic development,acceleration in the process of urbanization and the demands of new economic growth point,make all types of buildings into a huge demand.Moreover,supporting requirement criteria of architectures has improved constantly along with the improvements in living standards,and the elevator as the special equipment also showed a trend of rapid development.However,the development of elevator equipment security supervision supporting system can’t adjusted to the equipment growth speed,which lead to frequent elevator security accidents.Especially in recent years,the accelerated speed of information dissemination,the lift(Elevator)accidents happened in public places with high flow of the people and residential block closed to life,has become the focus of public opinion.It not only brings huge industry pressure to government supervision bureaus and elevator staff,but also brings psychological anxious for safety to users.The particularity of elevator equipment will set forth stricter requirements for routine operation monitoring as well as accident prevention,to solve such complex and particular problems,more detailed design techniques are needed.In view of the Internet of things technologies with comprehensive perception,intelligent control and reliable delivery features,we apply this technology to elevator safety monitor and try a new application in this field.In this paper,through setting security monitoring node and collecting the state of security elements on the elevator in operation,utilizing local wireless network and communication technologies such as the Internet to link sensors,controllers,elevators,people etc.together in a new way,which can inform persons and things,things and things associated,and information-based,remote supervisory control as well as intellectualized network.Establish a security model based on standards such as《Guidelines for Assessing the Safety of Operated Elevator-Traction Drive Elevator(Proposed)》and equipment site constraints,which can make effective safety evaluation of the elevator.In this paper,the selection of the external sensors and the existing sensors are added,Through the acquisition of the current quantity,voltage,speed,quality,displacement,state quantity,etc.,the status of the elevator operation and the probability of the occurrence of the accident are discussed.Analysis shows that the elevator running status,safety switch circuit,safety monitoring node elements,can improve the reliability of the occurrence trend of the running state of the elevator effectively reflect the accuracy and judgment of accident.At the same time,through a large number of accident analysis,set up the correct safety nodes and elements can reduce the uncertainty of the results.Using big data to record of elevator running state data long time,provide data support and judgment for the future of the elevator,under unresolved issues at this stage.At the same time,the establishment of elevator equipment "life cycle table",for the future of professional maintenance,renovation,demolition and provide support.Based on the existing standards and regulations for the establishment of security constraints model,make the safety warning for non professional managers.By utilizing the reliability and convenience of the information transmission in the Internet of things,the data acquisition in the elevator shaft,the elevator car and the elevator room is carried out in real time.In view of the factors that are used in the elevator,such as the poor environment of the elevator,the non conventional design of the building,the effective transmission mode is selected.Using Zig Bee,wireless Internet technology,serial communication technology,the characteristics of integrated design,to ensure the stability of the system information transmission.Through the comprehensive platform of the system,the control of the elevator safety operation node is designed to accomplish the reasonable intervention of the elevator safety operation.The sensor collection information,security model and other systems are integrated into the integrated system platform and processed into a unified protocol format,to provide a basis for the security supervision department to achieve the regional grid of intelligent management. |
