A Preliminary Study On The Characteristics And Evolution Of Substantiated Space From Virtual Community In Nanjing

In the Internet era,China’s online consumer market based on virtual communities is developing rapidly.The substantiated space from virtual community has become a new trend in the combination of online and offline consumer markets.However,as a new thing and a consumer carrier,the substantiated space from virtual community is different from the traditional consumption space,and it is still in a stage of exploration and exploration with an uncertain future.Under this background,this thesis focuses on the thematic commercial consumption space in the substantiated space and takes "Xici Block","Taotao Lane" and "Yitiao Store" ——the typical cases or samples of the substantiated space from virtual community in Nanjing as the research objects.By adopting a combination of theoretical interpretation and empirical analysis,it systematically discusses and comprehensively compares the typical characteristics and evolution laws of this type of space in the Internet era from both static and dynamic aspects,and then predicts its future development direction,hoping to provide reference and enlightenment for the benign development of substantiated space from virtual community in the post-Internet era.This thesis consists of four parts:The first part is the basic research.The basic research part mainly elaborates the research background and research significance,and sorts out the research progress at home and abroad,and then clarifies the purpose,content and methods of this research.The second part is the background research.Firstly,it defines related concepts of virtual community substantiation and substantiated space from virtual community,and then elaborates on the internal relationship between virtual community and physical space,the formation mechanism of substantiated space from virtual community and its overall development situation in the Internet age.Finally,this part selects the typical samples of the substantiated space from virtual community in Nanjing and determines the research scope,research content and data collection to provide a necessary basic research idea and direction for this research.The third part is the empirical research and theoretical interpretation.The empirical research part focuses on the static characteristics at the micro level,and explores the multiple typical characteristics of the substantiated space from virtual community in the network era through comparative analysis of location distribution,business organization,spatial layout and environmental experience.The theoretical interpretation part focuses on the dynamic laws at the micro level,analyzes and compares its transformation motivation and mechanism through the theoretical interpretation framework with empirical analysis,to reveal the evolution driving mechanism of the substantiated space from virtual community in the network era.The fourth part is induction and discussion.On the basis of characteristics analysis and evolution discussion,this part further summarizes and explores the real dilemma and improvement strategies of the substantiated space from virtual community,and then tries to predict the future development trend of this special consumption space,so as to provide reference and enlightenment for the benign development of the substantiated space from virtual community in the network era.Finally,this thesis concludes that the evolution of the substantiated space from virtual community follows the "chemical reaction-like" model and benefit determination mechanism,and the virtual-real symbiotic benefit determines the evolution trend of the substantiated space from virtual community.Virtual benefit is the key element that determines the level of the virtual-real symbiotic benefit,and it makes the substantiated space from virtual community possess semi-regional and semi-organized characteristics.Aiming at the real dilemma of the substantiated space from virtual community,specific improvement strategies can include five aspects: formulating reasonable guidance policies,optimizing the location of the substantiated space from virtual community,strengthening physical space planning,improving the dynamic guidance mechanism of space planning and optimizing management systems.In the Internet era,there are three main future development trends of the substantiated space from virtual community,which are the construction of offline smart complexes by consumer-led,the linkage of online smart platforms by digital integration and the construction of OMO smart networks by mobile elements.The main body of the thesis is about 100,000 chinese characters,and there are 51 figures and 45 tables in total.
