According to the survey,the popular moxibustion beds are mainly temperature-controlled or temperature-adjustable.In order to maximize the efficacy of moxibustion and facilitate the use of people,this paper analyzed the parameter self-tuning fuzzy PID control algorithm and it was first applied to the moxibustion bed temperature control system to achieve intelligent temperature control.Meanwhile,this article took the powerful STM32F103ZET6 as the main control chip,a good human-computer interaction interface was designed using TFTLCD color screens and buttons,at the same time,used LabVIEW to write the moxibustion bed monitoring interface.When exploring the temperature change law in the moxibustion chamber,multi-channel thermometer was produced.According to the results of the analysis field test,the moxibustion bed temperature control system designed in this paper can achieve the purpose of more accurate temperature control and the accuracy of the temperature control system can reach ±1 °C.It has a broad application prospect and market.The paper mainly carried out the following work:1.Use K-type thermocouple and STC89C52 RC as the main control chip to design the lower position machine,multi-channel thermometer is designed.Using the thermometer,the probes of the temperature sensor were arranged in a matrix form,and the temperature data in the moxibustion chamber was collected.Time-temperatureheight plot and plane temperature profile were plotted using MATLAB,in this paper,the distribution of temperature field in the moxibustion chamber was studied in depth.It provided preliminary basis and data for the placement of temperature sensor,the selection of control algorithm and the design of fuzzy controller for designing temperature control system.2.A mathematical model of the moxibustion bed temperature cont rol system was created based on the collected temperature data and the transmission mechanism of the moxibustion bed.Analysis and Derivation of PID Algorithm,Bang-Bang-PID Algorithm and Parameter Self-tuning Fuzzy PID Algorithm,the simulation programs for three control algorithms were established in MATLAB/ Simulink and simulation analysis and comparison of control performance of three control algorithms.Finally,the parameter self-tuning fuzzy PID control algorithm was selected as the temperature control algorithm.3.Hardware driver circuit was designed,this article chose STM32F103ZET6 with Cortex-M3 as the core as the main control chip.Designed DC electric push rod drive circuit using FET and IR2104 s and exhaust fan,ignition core,temperature acquisition,TFTLCD display,alarm,power supply and ADC acquisition circuit were designed at the same time.Simulation and analysis of the design circuit using Multisim software.Draw a printed circuit board used AD software and completed soldering and debugged of the board.4.System software was designed,using C language to write parameter self-tuning fuzzy PID control algorithm in MDK-ARM development environment.At the same time,wrote the drive function of the designed circuit.The moxibustion bed monitoring interface was wrote in LabVIEW,with the functions such as temperature,ADC data display and data saving.5.Systematic testing of hardware and software,using an oscilloscope to acquire the waveform of the motor drive circuit,and testing other circuits with a multimeter.The accuracy and sensitivity of the designed multi-channel thermometer were tested,and its performance can meet the requirements of this paper.The entire software and hardware system was field tested and the temperature in the chamber was collected using the moxibustion bed temperature monitoring interface.According to the analysis results of the data,it can be seen that under the action of the parameter self-tuning fuzzy PID control algorithm,the steady-state accuracy of the temperature in the moxibustion chamber was ±1 °C,the overshoot was small and the response speed was fast.In summary,the temperature control system designed in this paper can achieve better temperature control effect and meet the needs of designers.
