| Flue gas dust removal and industrial dust removal is an important aspect of industrial environmental governance.At present,the main methods are bag dust removal,cyclone separator,electrostatic precipitation,wet dust removal,etc.,each of which has its limitations and advantages in application field.Developing a dust removal equipment with energy saving and environmental protection and low application cost has become the current research direction.At present,all kinds of dust removal devices mentioned in the literature Because of its limitation and no white fog after wet dedusting,the integration of dedusting and defogging will become a new scheme in the field of dust removal.In this paper,a new type of wet dust removal test-bed is designed and built,which uses wet method to remove particles from air waste and control the emission of particles.The main body of the test-bed is a three-layer cylindrical cylinder.The bottom of the test-bed is granular packed bed,the middle layer uses rotating grid to remove dust by disturbing flow.The upper layer is designed with rotary demisting device to further remove dust and mist.The packing tower mainly uses spherical and RASI ring packing.Through the study of different parameters,including gas inlet velocity,dust inlet concentration,packing height,grid speed and other operating parameters on the dust removal efficiency.Through the experimental study,we can find the characteristics and laws of dust removal under a single factor,and study the relationship between the wind speed and the overall pressure of the dust collector under different packing heights.The experimental results show that when the inlet concentration is 3.0g/m3 and the packing is spherical,the outlet dust concentration corresponding to three-stage filtration is 5.351mg/m3,and the corresponding dust removal efficiency is 99.57%.Comparing the two fillers,the resistance of spherical packing is relatively large,but the dust removal effect is better than other fillers.At the same time,through the experimental research results,part of the structure of the dust remover is optimized.By installing a guide device at the inlet,the gas flow rate at the inlet of the dust collector can be uniform,which is conducive to the collection of dust particles.The optimization of spray atomization device can significantly increase the coverage area of atomization spray in the tower,and make the dust more easily captured by droplets. |
