Coal dust is one of the important hidden dangers in coal-fired power plants.In the production of power plants,coal handling system is an important link to ensure the normal and safe operation of power plants,is the lifeline of coal-fired power plants,but also one of the places with the most serious dust pollution.The original dust removal devices used in the coal handling system of Beijing energy Chifeng energy plant mainly include bag filter and water-excited dust collector.After years of operation,it is found that the dust removal effect of the two kinds of dust collectors is not ideal,and the dust removal effect is low,which seriously pollutes the environment.Especially at the coal transportation point,the coal dust pollution is serious,and the pollution is serious,which threatens the fuel inspection Physical and mental health of maintenance and operation personnel.This paper introduces in detail the mechanism of coal dust produced by coal handling system and the dust removal technology and method of new dust collector.The concept,principle and characteristics of chemical dust suppressor,dry fog dust suppression and unpowered dust removal are described.By comparing the advantages and disadvantages of various dust removal systems and their economy,the unpowered dust removal method has obvious advantages,and the unpowered dust removal method is a dust removal method with the minimum total investment of power plant.In this paper,the design specification and structure design of unpowered dust removal device are described.In the design of unpowered dust removal,the design of the main structure of the unpowered dust removal device,such as the return pipe,the uniform orifice plate of large and small holes,the guide groove and the nozzle,are emphatically explained.In this paper,after the design and application of unpowered dust removal device,the dust emission concentration is tested and analyzed.Through the contrast test of dust emission concentration,it can be seen that with the increase of coal load on the belt,the concentration of pulverized coal outlet is also increasing,while the dust removal efficiency is decreasing.Under the same load,the dust removal efficiency decreases with time.After the transformation of unpowered dust removal,the sanitary condition of coal handling system is good.In the test,the concentration of pulverized coal is far lower than the standard value of 60 mg/m~3,and the dust removal efficiency is always higher than 99%standard value.The significance of the transformation of the unpowered dust removal device is of great significance to the power plant.It not only reduces the harm of dust generated in the process of coal transportation,but also reduces the production cost,and improves the energy-saving and emission reduction capacity of the unit itself,thus saving the economic benefits of the enterprise,providing certain reference and reference for other power plants without power dust removal transformation.
