With the rapid development of China's economy,the competition in the construction industry is becoming increasingly fierce.Engineering construction units need to continuously improve the technical capacity and management level,in the premise of ensuring safety and quality,do a good job in the progress of each project and cost management,in order to occupy an important position in the construction industry.Due to the change of heating plan and the Shanghai cooperation summit in Qingdao and other reasons,the progress of the office building project of K university is seriously behind schedule.The project cost management of company Y,the contractor of the project,is always at a low level.On the basis of fully understanding the construction characteristics and project characteristics of this project,this paper firstly analyzes the status quo and existing problems of project schedule and cost management.Secondly,the rest of the work has been re-decomposed and responsibility distribution,clear between the work units of the relationship between the priorities.Thirdly,the optimistic completion time,pessimistic completion time and normal completion time of each work unit are estimated.The duration of each work is calculated through the use of the plan review method,and the progress plan of the whole project is prepared accordingly.Then,the preparation of the whole project cost plan,through the re-formulation of the objectives and principles of cost management,the preparation of cost management measures,and strictly in accordance with the planned control process for implementation.In the project construction process,select the "August 15","on September 15,mid October 15," "three time node and completion date" on December 31,"as an important node of tracking,monitoring,using the earned value method to the project schedule and cost integrated control,through calculating progress deviation,deviation indicators such as cost,monitor the size deviation and analyzes the reasons of the deviation,take feasible measures to rectify to save to complete projects on schedule.In the process of progress and cost integration management,project,iFLY,two-dimensional code generator and other information means are used to improve the efficiency and efficiency of management.
