Railway Logistics Center is an important place for the organic combination of railway freight operation and logistics operation,and also an important breakthrough to realize the development of modern logistics in railway.To construct railway logistics center of different levels or reconstruct existing freight station,we should first study on the type,size and layout of the internal configured facilities and equipment.On the one hand,it can rationalize resource planning and reduce fixed investment costs;on the other hand,it can improve the operation efficiency of railway goods in the central station,and meeting the needs of the development of modern logistics,and thus expand the market share of the railway freight.The paper systematically studies type of facilities and equipment,equipment types,the methods to determine the scale and facilities layout about the different levels of railway logistics centers.The main works are as follows:1.The paper makes a theoretical study on the railway logistics center,and gives the function orientation of the railway logistics center of different grades and the transportation organization between them.On the basis of this,the research on the equipment selection of the facilities of the different grade railway logistics center is carried out.In addition,the function area of railway logistics center is divided according to the category of railway goods and the organizing process of goods in railway logistics center.2.The paper analyzes the operation organization process of different categories of railway goods in the railway logistics center,and determines the composition of facilities and equipment in each logistics function area of different grade railway logistics center.Based on the analysis of the factors affecting the scale of facilities and equipment,a method system for determining the scale of facilities and equipment in railway logistics centers of different grades is established.3.On the basis of the previous section,from the global perspective,according to the influence of the flow direction of the goods,the utilization of the handling equipment and the least three factors of the cross contamination of the goods,the relative position layout of the ribbon plane is obtained.Then,the relative positions of the operation areas in the publicrailway transportation area and the storage distribution area are qualitatively analyzed,and the optimal layout results are given;The plane layout of the facilities in the container function area is carried out to maximize the handling efficiency of the loading and unloading equipment.The simulation model is established for the target,the detailed description of the model is given,and the model is solved by AnyLogic software..4.Taking Dongchuan Railway Logistics Center as the research object,this paper obtains the types of facilities and equipment that the railway logistics center is equipped with,and determines the scale of facilities and equipment on the basis of freight volume prediction.Using AnyLogic simulation modeling software,the main container field of container function area is simulated and modeled,and the working efficiency of loading and unloading container of rail gantry crane under different layout schemes is obtained,and the optimal layout scheme of container function area is selected in terms of efficiency.
