The Research On Design And Implementation Of ERP System In L Company

The development of informatization has become the top priority of enterprises since today’s society had step into economic globalization and information globalization age.Lead by the macro policy of the national informatization development strategy,the construction of enterprise informatization has become the only way to survive and expand the market.As a modern management concept,the ERP(Enterprise Resource Planning)system improves the timeworn business management model by integrating internal and external resources,speeds up the market responsiveness and enhances the comprehensive competitiveness by using the optimized management model through the information platform.Based on a large number of theoretical researches,taking L company’s ERP information system implementation project as a case,considering the actual management performance,this thesis analyzed the existing problems at the present stage,understood the demands of different business departments,and clarified how important to implement ERP is.Then,using the ERP management concept and best practice,this thesis figured out solutions to the problems of L company’s major business modules,and designed a reasonable implementation plan.At the same time,through the analysis of the risks and difficulties existing in the implementation process of L company’s ERP project,and finally analyzed the expected benefits of the ERP system after put into operation,it reflected on gains and losses in the implementation process and summarized experience and lessons of the project.The research results of this thesis are also valuable for other companies in this industry who want to implement ERP in the future.
