| In 2018,China Southern Power Grid Corporation put forward the construction requirements of "digital Southern Power Grid and smart Southern Power Grid".In order to fully undertake the strategic deployment of provincial companies,the power supply bureau of city a established the "innovative intelligent digital power supply enterprise working platform"(later known as CZZD project)to coordinate and promote the system architecture of smart enterprises and the construction of digital transformation.The overall demand of CZZD project planning is to build a decision-making brain,12 professional brains and 8 unit brains.The design idea of the project is to divide four management closed-loop and one industrial control closed-loop.Through the operation of intelligent system,it can support the operation process of enterprise’s intelligent business,realize the level by layer closed-loop feedback control,and can provide suggestions for the transformation of the original 6+1 system and the exploration of provincial and local co construction.The construction demand of CZZD project of a city power supply bureau mainly includes nine aspects,namely enterprise management,operation management,safety production risk,planning and investment center,infrastructure project,production technology monitoring,power dispatching,marketing control and other units.Project planning is to provide a new generation of intelligent system for Power Supply Bureau of a city to realize digital transformation based on the overall framework model of smart enterprise,management model based on smart cloud brain and capability model of smart enterprise.CZZD project is not only a self innovation process of power supply enterprises,but also an innovation platform within the enterprise.This paper uses the methods of field investigation,comparative analysis and demand analysis to carry out digital transformation construction of nine main aspects of a city power supply bureau.Firstly,this paper introduces the background and general situation of CZZD project of Power Supply Bureau of a city,highlighting that it is an enterprise management system intelligent project of internal innovation and enterprise efficiency improvement;then,according to the business status and planning basis of each unit of the enterprise,the demand analysis is carried out to obtain the detailed business pain points and development needs of each unit;then,according to the business demand analysis of each unit in the enterprise Then,according to the overall planning and the contents of key construction points,the intelligent application design of each unit is carried out to realize the comprehensive intelligent management of enterprises.Finally,the implementation risk of CZZD project is analyzed,and the guarantee measures for the project construction are formulated. |
