The Replacement Scheme Design Of Butterfly Value At Shangyoujiang Diversion Hydropower Station

Content:In chemical industry,machinery,water conservancy,electric power,and many other industries,the butterfly valve has been widely used.Large butterfly valve in the irrigating gate of turbine has been widely application,the main effect is that when the unit or feed water pipe need to repair,close the valve to cut off the water;when the unit stop for a long time,close the valve to reduce the water leakage;When the unit guide water structure failure,in order to ensure the safety of generating unit,butterfly valve can be used as accident in moving water closed.Visibility in the water conveyance system,the role of the butterfly valve is very significant.Due to long-term used or improper management,butterfly may appear some problems more or less,once the butterfly valve malfunction,losses will be incalculable.The butterfly valve on irrigating gate of Shangyoujiang power station is an important safety retaining water facilities.Butterfly valve shell was directly embedded into the dam,it equipped with 4 sets.1 set in each pump unit.Since operation now,it's nearly 60 years.The butterfly valve control equipment was old,rusting,leakage,it is urgently need to repair.This paper aimed at the running status of butterfly valve on irrigating gate in Shangyoujiang power station,through comprehensive analysis technical difficulties,the dam structure,project investment and construction influence,preliminary update scheme of the butterfly valve.under the premise of check the dam stability and structure safety,emphatically analyzed reservoir flood discharge capacity,plant security situation and the influence of overflow surface construction in the process of implementation,and proposed the corresponding countermeasures.Analysis results show that the butterfly valve update earlier proposed scheme is feasible,ultimately determine the scheme.According to the regulations of the construction,in view of the proposed project implementation plan,in combination with the river reservoir operation and site construction conditions,summarizes the main technical work,put forward the main content of project,According to the relevant quota standards and quantity,estimated project investment,guided the Shangyoujiang power plant to replace power generation irrigating gate butterfly valve.
