A Preliminary Study On The Compilation Path Of Cityscape Guideline For Subdivided Districts In Comprehensive Urban Design

With the rapid advancement of urbanization,the evolution of urban forms has shown characteristics such as fast speed and large scale.Traditional meso-micro urban design has gradually lost effective control due to constraints.In this context,the development of comprehensive urban design helps to control the large-scale urban form at the macro level.However,the current overall urban design is still in its infancy,and there are still problems of lack of practicality and disconnection from the next level of planning and design,which makes it difficult to decompose and implement it into planning and construction practice.Hierarchical guidance and control is becoming an effective means to remedy this problem.Among them,as the key link of hierarchical guidance and control,the meso-level guidance and control require a more systematic discussion on the compilation path.In view of this,this article will systematically explore the compilation ideas and methods of comprehensive urban design at the meso level,and try to explore the universal path for the compilation of cityscape guideline for subdivided districts.And take Jurong City as an example,apply the above-mentioned compilation methods for practical transformation and verification.First of all,compare and summarize the characteristics of the zoning guidelines for different planning types,and introduce the international classics for the compilation of comprehensive urban design,and then form an overall assessment of the practical problems in the compilation of cityscape guideline for subdivided districts.Based on this,discuss the preliminary foundation and core work of the compilation of cityscape guideline for subdivided districts in comprehensive urban design.The preliminary basis for the compilation of the guidelines includes three links: first,based on the analysis of urban spatial evolution and the assessment of the status quo of characteristic resources,the research and judgment and establishment of the characteristic pattern of the city are used as the basis for the preliminary basis for the compilation of the guideline;The structural guidance of the three major systems of open space and landscape style is to jointly optimize the overall structure and spatial form of the city;finally,through quantitative analysis and evaluation classification to delimit the style and features,and select from them to fully demonstrate the urban space characteristics and the urban space.The important style and feature areas that have a significant impact on the landscape will be used as the key object for the compilation of cityscape guideline for subdivided districts.The core work of the guideline compilation includes four contents: firstly,based on the communication function of cityscape guideline for subdivided districts and the principle that the content framework differs from place to place,clarify the general idea of the guideline preparation.Next,construct the basic content framework of the guidelines including structural guidance,indicator guidance,and morphological guidance,and separately express the key points of the preparation of different content sections.At the same time,discuss the corresponding multiple expression forms of the guidelines,including the expression combination of different content sections,the expression modes of different form sections,and the main points of expression in the form of graphic tables.And through the preparation and approval process management,and urban design results implementation strategy to improve the practicality of the guidelines.Finally,combined with the project practice of Jurong City’s comprehensive urban design,this paper applies the universal framework of the preliminary foundation and core work of the guideline compilation constructed in Chapter 3 and Chapter 4 to complete the practical transformation of the technical path of the guideline compilation of cityscape guideline for subdivided districts.
